Blue Ivy Carter Bid $80,000 On A Pair Of Beyoncé’s Old Earrings At Tina Knowles-Lawson’s Wearable Art Gala

October 24, 2022 / Posted by:

With Alec Baldwin’s career in a precarious position, it’s only right that a new Boss Baby should emerge from the wreckage. At the practically geriatric pediatric age of 10, Blue Ivy Carter is a hair too long in the baby tooth to retain the title, but she is well positioned to be crowned our nation’s premiere Mogul Middlegrader. Blue Ivy, accompanied by her entourage, which includes pop singer Beyoncé and her husband, rapper Jay Z, attended her granny’s little dress-up party over the weekend and made her presence known by bidding $80,000 for a pair of earrings at the 2022 Wearable Art Gala auction. Let one of Elon Musk’s looming babies fight it out with one of Nick Cannon’s predicted progeny for the title of Boss Baby. Blue Ivy is so far ahead of the game that she’ll be retired with a full pension before any of those babies coming up behind her even get a chance to check in with HR for their orientation.

New Edition And New Kids On The Block Faced Off In A Battle Of The Boy Bands At Last Night’s American Music Awards

November 22, 2021 / Posted by:

The 2021 American Music Awards happened last night and was hosted by Cardi B, who I’m amazed didn’t reveal another pregnancy because she loves to do that. But she did crack jokes and managed to screech “My underarms itch!” in her opening monologue, so that happened. Including a reunion-slash-battle between two classic boy bands, New Kids On The Block and New Edition.

The Questionable Choices Of The Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet

August 12, 2019 / Posted by:

The Teen Choice Awards always draws a perplexing crowd of adults and very few actual teens. And the adults these unseen teens have chosen this year only reaffirms the stereotype that teens make questionable choices. And judging from some of these blue carpet looks, it’s not just the teen’s choices we should be questioning. Taylor Swift was awarded the first ever Teen Choice Icon award, and possibly a cease and desist letter from Barbra Eden for stealing her look. What else can I say, one day she looks like Pollyanna, the next day she looks like a rich older lady sitting at a bar in The Forum at Caesar’s Palace working on her fourth whiskey sour and her third husband. Do you like her outfit? She got it at Versayce.

Beyonce Is Putting Out An Entire “Lion King-Inspired” Album

July 10, 2019 / Posted by:

Now we know why Disney decided to do an all-CGI remake (although, it’s supposed to be GAME CHANGING!) of their cartoon movie The Lion King. It isn’t just because those greedy overlords at Disney knew that they could throw their logo on any summertime movie and it’ll allow them to say, “Sure, order four!”, with ease when Mickey Mouse calls asking if he can order another crate of vintage Dom Perignon while partying with his side-hos and Leonardo DiCaprio on his yacht in Italy somewhere. They knew that if they got Beyonce to graciously possess the body of a CGI Nala with her ethereal holiness, they might also get her to make an entire Lion King album, and then they’d make even more money.

Well, Mickey Mouse can go ahead and make it rain $1,000 cashiers checks instead of $100 bills on his yacht girls this summer, because Beyonce (and her ghost curators) has curated an entire album inspired by The Lion King.
