The MTV VMA nominations were released today, and both Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande lead the nominations with 10 each. Scooter Braun must feel so conflicted. On one hand, it means there’s a very good chance one of his best clients will win and say, “Thank you for helping me sing my truth, Scooter.” On the other hand, it also means his most vocal enemy might storm the stage, rip the mic out of her hand, and channel her own MTV drama of years past by hissing, “Imma let you finish, but Scooter Braun is the shadiest liar of all time!“.

In the third episode of Black Mirror’s fifth season, Miley Cyrus plays an abused pop star in a candy-colored wig…. so of course, anybody with an associates degree in pop culture and a brain that works, figured it was about Britney Spears. I’m not sure if anyone said, “Is this about Halsey?” Well, that’s not true. Someone did say that and it was Halsey and Halsey only.
Halsey tweeted out her concern about the similarities between the storyline and her own fame. Which left many people confused including the producers of that Black Mirror episode.
