But Chris did the gentlemanly thing, and instead of leaving her on the dreaded silent “read” (shudder), he actually followed Lizzo and responded. Lizzo, how you feelin’? Feeling good as hell?

Lizzo is on the cover of Vogue. Lizzo! Vogue! Lizzo! In the singer’s own words, she is the “first big Black woman on the cover”, which is very big deal. And unlike Melissa McCarthy’s 2013 ELLE cover, Vogue actually let Lizzo show off her waistline and didn’t make her starve herself first? Damn, Tina Knowles and André Leon Talley really must’ve scared the bejesus outta Anna Wintour if she’s celebrating non-white, non-skinny women. 2020: officially opposite year.
Lizzo Says She Was Kicked Out Of A Vacation Rental And She Responded With Some Twerking
Lizzo is once again calling out bad service. Only this time, Lizzo says the bad service came with a large side of racism. Lizzo called out the owner of a vacation rental she was staying in, suggesting discrimination played a part in her and her girlfriends getting kicked out. Here’s hoping this online review doesn’t get Lizzo sued like the last one.
The “One World: Together At Home” Concert Happened Last Night
The One World: Together at Home global concert event happened last night, featuring a ton of celebrities who, at some point, got tired of staring at the wall and instead decided to mic up, find the part of their house that looks the least opulent, and croak out some of your favorite karaoke tunes (mostly, sans fards) in real-time. It raised more than $127 million to fight coronavirus, and yes, Ellen DeGeneres found a way to piss people off… during a charity show. It’s a gift!
Diddy Stopped Lizzo’s Twerking On His Live Dance-A-Thon, But Claims It Was Because Of Curse Words
Yesterday, Sean “Diddy” Combs hosted The Team Love Dance-A-Thon, anInstagram livestream which featured over 100,000 viewers looking in on celebrities having a great time quarantined in their million-dollar houses. Whoopee! It was for charity, though, with the money raised (over $4 million) going to the non-profit Team Love x Direct Relief COVID-19 fund. And it featured a bunch of celebrities like LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, Snoop Dogg, Drake,a pregnant Ciara, and Russell Wilson. Apparently Diddy didn’t know Ciara is pregnant. Eye roll.
Two more celebrities made an appearance including Diddy’s ex Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez. They were all cool with each other. But it looked like what was not cool for Diddy was Lizzo shaking her ass, because he shut her down while allowing reality show person Draya Michele to do the same thing. But Diddy claims he wasn’t twerk-shaming Lizzo, and blamed it on curse words.
Lizzo Called Out TikTok For Removing Her Bikini Vids
Hear ye, hear ye! Lizzo has been wronged! No need to hide, Postmates, this time it ain’t you. The Queen of Body Positivity has been posting bikini videos on TikTok, and, apparently, the app has been taking them down. So Lizzo took to TikTok (a sentence that wouldn’t have made any goddamn sense 3 years ago) to air her grievances and suggest that, “Hey, this probably wouldn’t have happened to a skinnier girl”.
