Once upon a time, before Chris “The Worst of His Name” Pratt found Jesus and subsequently got so lost in his own sauce that he had the audacity to compare himself to him; he was married to and had a son with Anna Faris. But they ended up divorcing, both to eventually remarry. And these days, Chris has a habit of barfing out saccharine social media posts about his current wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, so it was par for the course that he hunt-and-pecked out a Mother’s Day tribute calling her an amazing mom to their two daughters and stepmom to his son, Jack. Though Chris did include his mom and mother-in-law in the post as well, he didn’t mention Jack’s actual mom, Anna; and his comment section went wild with accusations that he had intentionally shaded her.
The Kardashians Might Not Score An Invite To This Year’s Met Gala
2022 was the first time all of the women of Kar-Jenner attended the Met Gala, but this year, it’s possible that none of them will receive an invite. Was it Kim Kardashian kramming her sweaty ass into Marilyn Monroe’s dress? Was it Kris Jenner’s insulting homage to Jackie O? Was it Kourtney Kardashian ignoring the theme whilst she and Travis Barker over-the-clothes groped the entire evening? Or could it’ve been Kylie Jenner’s “wedding at the jazzercise studio” lewk? And I guess Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were there too. Whatever the reason, sources are saying Anna Wintour is over their asses.
Selena Gomez Had Something To Say About The Criticism Over Her Allegedly Snubbing Her Kidney Donor Francia Raísa
In 2017, Selena Gomez needed a kidney transplant due to her struggle with lupus. Her friend, Francia Raísa, ended up being a match and selflessly donated one of her kidneys. This could have been a wholesome and heartwarming Hollywood tale of sacrifice and enduring friendship, but it appears as though things between the two may have soured. Selena’s recently been entangled in a couple of possibly imaginary, one-sided conflicts, first with Hailey Bieber and then with Britney Spears. And it looks like Francia might be a new addition to the “Selena Sux Club.” Because after Selena said in a Rolling Stone interview that Taylor Swift is her “only friend in the industry,” Francia, who’s an actress, took offense in the comment section of an Instagram post about it. And in return, Selena seemed to respond with the same amount of fucks as the number of her songs I can listen to in their entirety: zero.
Lady Gaga Is Very Happy For All The 2022 Oscar Nominees
Earlier today, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences announced this year’s Oscar nominations. And lo and behold, one of the names missing from the category of Best Actress was that of Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta herself. Gaga campaigned so hard for a Best Actress nomination for her role as Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci, but she got nothing this morning. However, don’t think Lady Gaga is spending the afternoon writing an angry, expletive-filled email to Mr. Oscar. Lady Gaga went ahead and released a little statement of sorts, and she’s very graciously accepting her fate today.
Fergie Thinks She Was Snubbed From Prince William And Duchess Kate’s Wedding Because She Was Not “Worthy” Of An Invite
When second in line to the British throne Prince William married party supply heiress Catherine Middleton back in April 2011, it felt like everyone had been invited to the royal wedding event of the century. Except there was one famous royal-adjacent face that was nowhere to be seen, and that would be Prince William’s Aunt Fergie. Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, didn’t get an invite to William and Kate’s wedding, even though her ex-husband Prince Andrew did, as well as her two daughters, William’s cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Fergie says she thinks she got snubbed for the very Wayne Campbell/Garth Algar reason: she wasn’t worthy!
Daniel Kaluuya Wasn’t Invited To The “Get Out” Premiere
Way back in 2017, the Jordan Peele-directed film Get Out became a monster sleeper hit, grossing $255 million worldwide on a $4.5 million budget. The film’s lead, British actor Daniel Kaluuya, was nominated for a bunch of awards, including a Best Actor Oscar. Since then he’s starred in Black Panther, Widows, and Judas and the Black Messiah (for which he’s just been nominated for a Golden Globe).
So yeah, Daniel’s a big deal. But it wasn’t always that way, at least according to a story he shared on The Graham Norton Show. Daniel told Graham that he was obviously really excited to attend the Sundance surprise world premiere of Get Out. He was shooting Black Panther at the time and asked for time off, assuming that he’d get an invite, cuz, you know, he’s the film’s star. But… no invite came. Ruh-roh. Did someone fuck up? Or was he purposely ignored? Either way, Daniel was hurt.
