Prince Philip Has Been Laid To Rest
A week after Prince Philip, THE QUEEN’s husband and companion of 73 years, died at 99, he was laid to rest in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. And well, I should’ve expected this, but I caught a case of the sad feelings in the heart area from seeing THE QUEEN sitting all alone inside the chapel. Couldn’t someone have soothed the sads a bit by handing her one of her new Corgi puppies, all dressed in mourning black?!
Prince Harry Will Be At Prince Philip’s Funeral
On Saturday, April 17, Prince Philip will be laid to rest in a low-key funeral with only 30 mourners attending. Philip’s coffin will be carried in a Land Rover (we all know Philip loved his Land Rovers) in a procession from Windsor Castle to St. George’s Chapel. Philip’s ginger grandson Prince Harry will fly in from California for the funeral. Philip’s funeral will be televised, so you better believe there’s going to be cameras on Harry and Prince William to capture all the awkward side-eyes they’ll throw at each other. But Meghan Markle will not be there because she’s 2Pregnant2Fly and is following doctor’s orders.

Looks like Prince Harry can forget about trying to file for unemployment because he went and got himself a Jay Oh Bee. Or, more likely, he sat back in a Peter Brady patio chair, courtesy of Oprah Winfrey, batting away offers that didn’t have enough integers in them to sustain his accustomed lifestyle. According to CNN, Harry has accepted a job as “chief impact officer” at a Silicon Valley tech startup called BetterUp which provides “coaching and mental health services to clients” that normal people probably can’t afford. The company’s CEO Alexi Robichaux says that Harry has “a meaningful and meaty role.” Excuse me, it’s spelled R-O-L-L! Jesus, you’d think CNN would spell check their shit before it goes to print.
“The Talk” Is On Hiatus As CBS Investigates Sharon Osbourne’s Continued State Of Shock
Way back in November of 2020, Kristian wrote that CBS was panicked over ratings for The Talk which was getting pummeled by The View at the time. It was reported that an insider said that if The Talk couldn’t get a big name like Oprah or Meghan Markle, they were done for. Well, I hope whoever said that is enjoying their monkey paw stew because now, thanks to both Oprah and Meghan, The Talk is going on a short hiatus while they investigate their little Sharon Osbourne problem.
Sharon Osbourne Apologized For What Happened On “The Talk” While Piers Morgan Demands An Apology For The Same
Looks like Sharon Osbourne was given the same opportunity by CBS as her pal Piers Morgan was given by ITV to either apologize for being an embarrassing hot mess on TV or hightail it to the closest emergency exit. Sharon chose the Notes App over the door after yesterday’s appalling performance on The Talk where she loudly and proudly declared herself incapable of racism (?) given her age (?) and demanded that her co-host Sheryl Underwood explain to her (?) how a white woman such as herself could ever possibly, under any circumstance (?), do or say something racist (?). Today, Sharon issued a statement on Twitter claiming that her vehement opposition to racism made her do it (?). Don’t worry, she’s included “anyone that feels confused” by what she said (?) in her apology. But she didn’t apologize to Sheryl which should please Piers because he thinks those “bullies” on The Talk should be the ones apologizing (??). To him! (??? infinitum)

It was only a matter of time before someone jumped to the defense of permanently annoying Piers Morgan, in the wake of his hateful comments directed towards Meghan Markle. Piers got in trouble with ITV and 41,000 of their viewers after he called Meghan a liar when she told Oprah Winfrey that the British media campaign against her got so bad, she didn’t want to be alive anymore. Piers’ friend Sharon Osbourne quickly tweeted support for him after he “quit,” and yesterday she really defended him on The Talk and it really got messy.
