Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Really Did Tell All During Their CBS Interview With Oprah
Last month, when writing about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey for CBS, I joked that the Royal Family didn’t have to stress, because the biggest, most exclusive revelation to come out of that no-holds-barred interview would probably be about latte preference. Much to the chagrin of the Royal Family and their die-hard fans, Oprah’s interview aired last night. And the reality of the situation is that today I’m on hold with my doctor discussing pain management for muscle strain. Because much like Oprah, my jaw was dropped for the entire 2-hour interview. Just call them the Duke and Duchess of Sussexposing The Firm.
Prince Philip Has Undergone A Successful Heart Surgery, And CBS Has No Plans To Postpone Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Interview
It’s been a little over two weeks since 99-year-old Prince Philip was shuffled off to the hospital, and at first, the Palace downplayed his hospital visit, saying it was just a “precautionary measure” since he wasn’t feeling very good. Then the Palace announced that Philip would be in the hospital a few more days and that turned into him being transferred to another hospital to be treated for a heart issue.
Well, today Buckingham Palace said in a statement that Philip went through a procedure on his heart, which was successful. He’ll be laid up in the hospital for a bit longer as he recovers. Because Prince Philip is down and out, some “royal experts” believe that CBS should press the pause button on Prince Hot Ginge and Meghan Markle’s big tell-all interview with Oprah. But CBS reportedly has no plans to postpone the interview and will air it on Sunday night as scheduled (it will air in the UK on Monday night on ITV). CBS also released another preview clip where Meghan calls out “The Firm” for “perpetuating” lies about her and Prince Harry. DAMN! Make that popcorn extra large, please, and keep ’em coming!
Meghan Markle Denies Reports That She Bullied Her Staff At Kensington Palace (UPDATE)
The Royal Family is likely nervously sweating into their afternoon tea as we get closer to Sunday, aka the day CBS will air Oprah Winfrey’s exclusive “no question off limits” interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The royals are most likely not too psyched about what Harry and Meghan might have to say, considering we already know they both feel like they got the shit end of the scepter when they were still working as senior royals. Several royal sources have been suggesting that their interview should disappear, at least temporarily, out of respect for Prince Philip’s current health problems. But with only four days to go and no word from CBS about pulling the interview, it looks like the interview is going to happen. And well well well, what do you know, we just so happen to have a brand new report out of the UK, claiming that Meghan was a mean bully boss to her former staff at Kensington Palace. Of course, Meghan is denying that, and chalking it all up to a desperate attempt at character assassination.

We can’t know for certain how Prince Harry might react to this recent development. But I like to think his face looked something like the screenshot above, as he hissed, “Oi, now hold on a tick. I didn’t chum around with James Corden all day getting a cramp in my arse from those bleedin’ motorcoach seats for nuffin!” Because several “royal experts” think that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah should be delayed until Prince Philip’s health situation improves.
CBS Released Two Teaser Trailers For Oprah’s Interview With Prince Harry And Meghan Markle
Not since Geraldo Rivera was hyping The Mystery of Al Capone’s Vault has the world been so beside itself with rabid anticipation as it has been waiting for CBS to drop this Oprah Winfrey interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. So you can be damn sure CBS is going to milk that shit for every penny they had to pay Oprah to get her to sit in a wicker chair for two hours. As such, CBS just dropped two new teaser trailers for the interview letting us know that the conversation will be Princess Diana-forward. Additionally, “some pretty shocking things” will be uttered, and an “almost unsurvivable” ordeal will be recounted.

Prince Harry Made His Late-Night Show Debut (Featuring A FaceTime Cameo By Meghan Markle)
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have their big 90-minute exclusive CBS interview with Oprah Winfrey scheduled for next Sunday. And normally you wouldn’t see a royal type pop into a late-night TV show segment with James Corden, but Harry isn’t a royal regular anymore, remember? So Harry made a surprise appearance on Thursday’s episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, where he drank some tea on a Los Angeles tour bus, rapped the lyrics to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song, and talked a little bit of shit about the British press. Hey, I said a little – he’s got to save something for next Sunday with Oprah.
