Christian Bale Will Play A Villain In The Next “Thor” Movie

Another day, another Marvel superhero movie to report about. But unlike the others, this future cinematic staple has actually done a marvelous bit of casting. Turns out, Oscar-winning thespian Christian Bale had originally shown interest in joining the Marvel universe in order to land the role he was born to play: a supervillain. And one of his soon-to-be co-stars, Tessa Thompson, has confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that his messy ass is now attached.

After the raging success of Thor: Ragnarok, where Chris Hemsworth stands around looking all hunky and scruffy and shit, the plan was set to develop another totally necessary sequel. Enter Christian.

Kevin Feige Says That The Marvel Comic Universe Will Get A Transgender Character Very Soon

Marvel Studios has a sort of checkered history when it comes to the gays. Kristen Stewart has alleged that she’s heard from people she’d have been a Marvel superstar by now if she toned-down the lesbianism. And what’s passed as representation in the movie universe so far has been… irrelevant? Pretty much? Well The Eternals is supposed to change that with their first gay superhero who like has a family and holds another man’s hand. That’s nice, but if it ain’t Kumail Nanjiani and Richard Madden Eiffel Towering some twink, I ain’t interested.

Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, is now saying they’re taking that LGBTQIA representation further down the letters! They are now all the way at T and will feature a transgender character in an upcoming movie. Scarlett Johansson is ready!

Martin Scorsese’s Daughter Trolled Him On Christmas With Marvel Wrapping Paper

When Martin Scorsese went to bed on Christmas Eve, his greatest wish might have been to wake up Christmas morning and see that Santa had stuffed a note in his stocking that read: “Dear Marty, I used magic to make an alternate universe in which Marvel movies don’t exist. Merry Christmas.” And then Martin would have looked up at the sky with a tear in his eye, and whispered, “Atta boy, Santa.” It would’ve been a wonderful life. But Martin is no George Bailey, and instead, his daughter used Marvel to troll him on Christmas morning.

A Drunk, Crying Tom Holland May Have Helped Keep Spider-Man In The Marvel Cinematic Universe

A few months ago, we learned that Sony, who owns Spider-Man, was possibly going to pull him from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which Disney owns, after negotiations stalled. People were outraged! Eventually Disney and Sony came to an agreement, and Spider-Man remained in the MCU. Apparently the road that led to such a joyful conclusion included a drunken phone call from Spider-Man himself, Tom Holland, to Disney CEO Bob Iger.
