Josh Duggar’s Legal Team Wants Evidence Thrown Out Of His Child Porn Case
“If the hand doesn’t fit, you must acquit!” Or… something like that? 33-year-old Josh Duggar was arrested back in April for allegedly having over 200 files of child porn on his computers. A federal agent called the images the “top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine.” Josh molested his sisters, so the claims that he’s a child porn-watching piece of pedophile trash are the opposite of far-fetched. But Josh is fighting the charges and wants a picture of a scar on his hands thrown out of the case.
Allison Mack Has Checked Into Prison Early To Serve Her 3-Year Sentence
While all these other famous men who went to prison for bad shit have tried and sometimes succeeded at getting out of prison for their offenses, Allison Mack seems to be the opposite. The 38-year-old former Smallville actress was sentenced to 3 years in prison for her role in the NXIVM sex cult which saw leader Keith Raniere sentenced to 120 years in prison. Before her sentencing, Allison was trying to play the victim and said she was sooooooooooo sowwy for recruiting, abusing, and branding women in a sex cult and shouldn’t do prison time. But she was sentenced to only a handful of years in prison and now TMZ says she checked into the clink early. I guess she wants to call dibs on the top bunk bed.
Open Post: Hosted By The Guy Who Tried To Pay His Bail With Counterfeit Bills
No, it wasn’t Kodak Black. Today in “You Really Tried That, Huh?” a man from Maine tried paying his bail with counterfeit cash. Michael Deschesne was initially arrested in the wee hours of Sunday morning. Police were out on a call about a theft from a motor vehicle and found Michael walking home after “an argument with a female friend.” Even though Michael had nothing to do with the car crime, there was an outstanding warrant on him for an unrelated theft, so off to jail he went! His bail stood at $200. Michael told the commissioner that he had the money, but when he went to pay, he presented the bail commissioner with two phony $100 bills. No word on if they were “Ush-Bucks”.
Rapper Nuke Bizzle Was Charged For Scamming The Government After Releasing A Song About It Called “EDD”
Today in “dumbasses,” a rapper by the name of Fontrell Antonio Baines, AKA Nuke Bizzle, nuked his whole life by releasing a song all about how he was scamming the California government’s Employment Development Department. He was arrested by the feds and is facing fraud charges. See this is exactly why the Zodiac Killer did not release that song called: “I’m Ted Cruz,” it would have given him away.
A Former Epstein Associate Thinks That Ghislaine Maxwell Will Fully Cooperate With The FBI
Following the about-got-damn-time news that Ghislaine Maxwell––Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged partner in despicableness––was arrested last week, more awful stories will probably continue to be released over the next while. That’s because Ghislaine is reportedly (and I use the word “reportedly” loosely since it’s coming from The Sun) now cooperating with FBI, and so many powerful people probably spent their Fourth of July trying to send a stack of cash and sleeping pills to the prison guards guarding her.
A Judge Has Denied Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Request For House Arrest
Tekashi 6ix9ine was asking a judge to let him stay home because prison had gotten too real, but guess what? The judge said no. After snitching on everyone possible in order to get out of a life sentence, Tekashi realized that actually doing any prison time assigned to him for cooperating would be dangerous for him. So he asked for house arrest instead. A judge got back to his lawyer and it’s not happening. Tekashi’s staying in prison for the rest of his two-year sentence. More time to work on the $10 million record, eh? And at least the children out there are safe from one more alleged pedo.
