A Judge Has Denied Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Request For House Arrest

Tekashi 6ix9ine was asking a judge to let him stay home because prison had gotten too real, but guess what? The judge said no. After snitching on everyone possible in order to get out of a life sentence, Tekashi realized that actually doing any prison time assigned to him for cooperating would be dangerous for him. So he asked for house arrest instead. A judge got back to his lawyer and it’s not happening. Tekashi’s staying in prison for the rest of his two-year sentence. More time to work on the $10 million record, eh? And at least the children out there are safe from one more alleged pedo.

Tekashi worked with prosecutors by testifying against some men who were allegedly involved with racketeering and also in the Bloods. For all his help and turning on gang members Tekashi got his sentence reduced from 47 years to just 2 years. And minus time served. Well, Tekashi then realized that when he got to prison after snitching and getting a slap on the wrist for his servitude, he would be then tossed into the brig with a bunch of people who would not appreciate his willingness to save his own skin and avoid a life sentence in exchange for tossing some people under the bus . So even though he’ll be out in a few months, Tekashi still wanted to spend the rest of his sentence at home. TMZ says that a judge denied him:

“[Jail is] necessary in this case… [to] reflect the seriousness of his crimes… [Granting the request would] eliminate the remaining prison component of his sentence in favor of lesser forms of confinement.”

Tekashi’s attorney, Dawn Florio, says they’re planning to appeal the decision anyway and his girlfriend, Jade, also spoke about it on Instagram:

Imagine fighting that hard for a rejected and evil My Little Pony? And I hate to say it, but Jade is right about the internet not being the same since he left.
