Rick Fox, a man of many talents. Basketball. Looking handsome. Extra special guest judge of drag queen competition shows. And now, apparently, part-time publicist to the stars! Well, stars-slash-Presidential candidates-slash-Twitter nuisances. Kanye West has had the type of career that would make one fully understand why a publicist would quit, but that’s not to say Kanye’s publicist did quit. All we know is that Kanye’s friend Rick Fox has kindly stepped in to play publicist for his friend Kanye, and he’s here to let us all know that Twitter had grounded Kanye for 12 hours.
Twitter’s Most Popular Ana de Armas Stan Account Has Gone Missing (UPDATED: It’s Back!)
RIP @ArmasUpdates. One of the only bright spots in this dark-sided timeline has been extinguished. According to Vulture, the Ana de Armas stan account of record has mysteriously been deactivated. Sure there are other Twitter accounts dedicated to updating us on the daily whereabouts of Ana, and by extension Elvis, Salsa, and Ben Affleck, but none offer the same pithy observations and gentle ribbing of Twitter’s preeminent ADA update account. It’s like we already know Ana is “the prettiest girl on earth” @BestOfdeArmas, we have eyes! But is she finally wearing a mask and how long did she and Ben have to wait for their Dunkin order?!?
Kanye West Apologized To Kim Kardashian Through A Tweet
Just a minute after Kanye West got a visit from Justin Bieber of all people, it appears he has done an about-face on his earlier feelings about his wife, tweeting out an apology to Kim Kardashian and thanking her for her genuine love. And Kanye also reportedly went off to San Francisco, went to the ER in Wyoming, and later got checked out by paramedics at his ranch. Lately it seems like there’s A LOT going on in the life of Kanye, but the past 24 hours have really been A LOT.

Noted oddball and new mom to teenage boys, Sia, is famous for shielding her face from the public (even before COVID-19, when it was cool), but a recent fuck-up involving, of all people, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, has resulted in invites to the #SiaIsOverParty (honestly, I was so high when I first saw that trending, I thought people were trying to cancel salsa WHILE I WAS EATING SALSA, and I had to lie down for a day and a half). I’m still mad at Sia for performing that awful Chandelier song with Lena Dunham back in 2014.
SpongeBob SquarePants May Have Finally Come Out As Gay
Every June, corporations come out in support of Pride Month by slapping some rainbow graphic on their IG page, or posting an image of two hunky white dads in button-downs, sitting on a sofa laughing at something on their shared iPad, and then they’re like: “okay done!” In the grand scheme of things, these “love is love” messages were once nice gestures but have since become laughably transparent. Home Depot is like, “we’re here for you––all year round”. That’s great, but my gay ass isn’t walking into the lumber department wearing my daisy dukes and a flannel shirt tied around my waist and NOT expecting to be laughed at.
And then, some corporations go the EXTRA mile. Case in point: Nickelodeon recently offered their version of a Pride Month tweet by seemingly outing SpongeBob SquarePants. I mean, it does look like he has balls on his chin. But needless to say, some people have….thoughts.
