TMZ says that Kim Kardashian is asking the court to take some action in an effort to move on from her marriage with Kanye West. The estranged couple is in the middle of a divorce and both are dating other people, with Kim dating Pete Davidson since around last Halloween, and Kanye being seen with other women, including his one-time STUNT QUEEN partner Julia Fox. But Kanye is really intent on getting Kim back and objected to a previous divorce petition of Kim’s and now she has to take things a step further and is again asking the court to declare her single, claiming Kanye’s constant social media attacks on her are causing “emotional distress.”

Because fresh off from starting a one-sided fight with Billie Eilish over for something she didn’t do, Kanye has now made an enemy out of his friend and collaborator (correction: EX friend and EX collaborator) Kid Cudi and all because Cudi is friends with “you know who.” At this point, “you know who” could be anyone since Kanye is burning bridges left and right, but he’s talking about his estranged wife Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson. And Cudi slapped back, calling Kanye a “dinosaur.” And because of that, I’m sure Barney is going to file a defamation lawsuit against Kid Cudi for that hurtful comparison.
