Not even one day after Britney Spears and her fiance Sam Asghari declared with their chichis to #FreeBritney on his Instagram, Judge Brenda Penny has finally granted her wish and tossed her conservatorship into the shit-can, effective immediately, after 13 years. And as the #FreeBritney movement cheers, I’m sure that Brit Brit’s dad/ex-conservator, Jamie Spears, is stealthily tiptoeing away like, “Yay. Everybody celebrate and don’t at all pay attention to me as I sneak away before my former little ATM hits me with a lawsuit.”
Lynne Spears Wants Britney Spears’ Estate To Cover $650,000 In Her Attorney Fees
Earlier this week, Britney Spears took to Instagram and in no uncertain terms, let everyone know that when she’s talking about the rude, hurtful leeches she calls her family, she most certainly also means her mother, Lynne Spears. Britney accused her mother of being the puppet master who orchestrated her conservatorship (while also simultaneously accusing her father Jamie Spears of not being smart enough to cook up such a scheme). According to Britney, her life used to be the “family business,” but it’s not anymore, thanks to Britney being several steps closer to freedom. So what’s a woman to do when her very famous daughter publicly accuses her of being a shameless conspirator who was maybe thinking with her wallet? You might release a statement apologizing to your daughter. Or, if you’re Lynne Spears, you try not to look embarrassed as it’s revealed you want your daughter to pay $650,000 in your attorney fees.
Britney Spears Blames Her Mom For Her Conservatorship
Britney Spears recently took to Instagram to let everyone know that despite what her mother Lynne Spears was doing publicly, that Lynne also has a spot on Britney’s Shit List. Lynne had been pushing for Britney to choose her own lawyer, and Jamie’s lawyers had accused Lynne of meddling in Britney’s financial situation after Lynne filed papers asking where Britney’s money went. Lynne also publicly celebrated the news when Jamie Spears claimed he’d be stepping down as conservator. That’s nice, right? No, says Britney, who has since accused her mom of secretly ruining her life alongside Jamie.

According to TMZ, Jamie Lynn’s big sister Britney Spears isn’t the only one who had to deal with the controlling ways of her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears. In the book, Jamie Lynn writes that when she became pregnant at 16 by her boyfriend at the time Casey Aldrige, her parents were upset. And where’s the #Justice4JamieLynn movement when you need them? Three months after Brit Brit told the court that she wants to be free of the shackles of her conservatorship, and more importantly, wants Daddy Spears to longer be in charge of any part of her life, the judge granted her wish. And while Daddy Spears makes his way out the exit door, he’ll probably snatch a few more coins from Brit Brit’s pocketbook because he’s going to need to invest in an extra-wide toilet since her new attorney, Mathew Rosengart, tore him another asshole in today’s hearing.
