George Clooney Was Doubly Honored At The Kennedy Center Honors When Julia Roberts Came Wearing His Face
Last night some of the biggest stars in Hollywood gathered in New York City to rub elbows with the Washington elite at the 45th annual Kennedy Center Honors. Due to the pandemic and former president Donald Trump’s boycott of the awards, this is the first big gala in five years and the stars came dressed to impress. This year’s honorees included Gladys Knight and all four of the Irish Pips, sometimes referred to as U2, Christian pop singer Amy Grant, Cuban American composer-conductor Tania León (not to be confused with Lydia Tár, totally different lady), and Nespresso dude George Clooney. There were a couple of surprises at the ceremony. For one, Sacha Baron Cohen showed up in character as Borat even though I thought we had decided as a group after 2020’s presidential election that satire was dead. Also, there was Emma Roberts’ aunt, actress Julia Roberts, who is, apparently, strangely obsessed with George Clooney.

Sacha Baron Cohen has made a very successful career out of putting on a pretend mustache and a fake Kazakhstan accent to pull the truth out of strangers. Sometimes he exposes kindness in humans, but most times he just exposes creeps, racists, assholes, and in one case, a literal asshole. But Sacha recently revealed he’s happily giving up his title as the king of embarrassing America’s most gullible.
Maria Bakalova Talked About Filming The Rudy Giuliani Scene In “Borat 2”
24-year-old Bulgarian actress Maria Bakalova is the breakout star of Borat Subsequent Moviefilm (well, after Jeanise Jones). She sat down with The New York Times to discuss her partly scripted, partly improvised role as Borat’s daughter, Tutar. In the movie, Tutar goes from filthy peasant girl to sexy, blonde Fox News blow-up doll, all in the hopes of becoming the next Melania Trump (shudder). Tutar/Maria had to flirt with Rudy Guiliani, the ghoulish face of the Four Seasons Total Landscaping debacle blessing, and had to witness the former NYC mayor put his hands down his pants when they were alone.
Jeanise Jones, The Babysitter In “Borat 2,” Felt “Kind Of Betrayed” When She Found Out Borat Wasn’t Real
One of the only people to appear in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm that didn’t make me want to start stockpiling combustibles so I can shoot myself into space was Jeanise Jones, the babysitter Sacha Baron Cohen’s character Borat hires to watch over his daughter, Tutar. According to IndieWire, Jeanise – who has become the breakout star that is being heralded as the film’s “moral compass,” had no idea that the supposedly 15-year-old girl she thought was being married off to an American, was actually 24-year-old Bulgarian actress Maria Bakalova. In fact, Jeanise was so worried about “Tutar,” that she had her entire congregation at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, praying for her for months. Understandably, Jeanise was a little miffed to find out the truth when her cousin showed her a trailer for the movie just last week and was like, “this you?”
Borat Has Posted A Video Defending Rudy Giuliani’s Honor
Even though it may seem like the world is out to get him, there’s at least one person willing to take a stand in defense of Donald Trump’s best ghoul Rudy Giuliani after he was caught on tape fondling whatever it is that lives in his pants (I’m trying not to think about it too hard but I can’t help picturing a damp teratoma tumor with teeth yellower than the ones he has in his mouth) as seen in Sacha Baron Cohen’s newly released movie, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kazakhstani national Borat Sagdiyev has posted a message of support for the beleaguered attorney.

In related news, that actress has started a GoFundMe to raise money for the eyeballs and stomach that left her body at the sight of Ghouliani touching himself.
