Marilyn Manson Is Suing Evan Rachel Wood For Fraud, Defamation, And Conspiracy
Evan Rachel Wood has spoken publicly about being a victim of domestic and sexual abuse at the hands of a former partner (she took her story all the way to a House Judiciary Committee in 2018, in an effort to help get a sexual assault survivor’s bill passed). And last year, she named said abuser as Marilyn Manson, with who she was with from 2006 to 2010. Many women have also come forward and accused Marilyn Manson (real name: Brian Warner) of several forms of abuse. Just four months ago, police raided his house after receiving a warrant in an ongoing sexual assault investigation. So it’s enough evidence to make skeptics think, “Yeah, that’s not good” and believers say, “Oh, he totally did that shit.” But Marilyn is still claiming innocence and is suing Evan Rachel Wood for allegedly cooking up false allegations against him.
Naya Rivera’s Family Has Settled Their Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Ventura County
It has been nearly two years since Naya Rivera died at the age of 33 after a tragic boating trip on Lake Pir, in Ventura County, CA. Naya and her then 4-year-old son Josey Hollis Dorsey chartered a boat on July 8, 2020, and several hours later, Josey was found alone in the boat and Naya was declared a missing person. It was beyond sad, and it ended with Naya’s family filing a lawsuit against Ventura County. Today Naya’s family has confirmed that the lawsuit has been settled.
Prince Harry Has Filed A Libel Complaint Against Associated Newspapers Ltd.
Last year, Meghan Markle won her legal battle against Associated Newspapers Ltd., the company that publishes The Mail on Sunday and The Daily Mail. You know, the one where a judge ruled that it wasn’t right The Mail on Sunday published parts of a private letter from 2018 that Meghan sent to her shady daddy, Thomas Markle, that they obtained from Thomas himself in 2019? That one. Meghan’s fight was all done and settled, with Associated Newspapers Ltd. agreeing to the judgment handed down to them. Except Prince Harry just opened up a new can of worms (he’s rich and fancy, so it’s an imported can of French silkworms) and filed a new libel complaint against Associated Newspapers Ltd.
Rob Kardashian Has Filed To Dismiss His 2017 Lawsuit Against Blac Chyna
It’s been such a long time since we’ve talked about the most infrequently sighted Kardashian, that I truly forgot Kris Jenner also had a son who could bring ten tons of messiness to the table. Rob Kardashian got with the equally-messy Blac Chyna back in 2016, and it was off to the races! If the races took place on a track made of drama, and everyone was competing for the title of Objectively Worst Person. Eventually Chyna gave birth to their child, the now-5-year-old Dream Kardashian, and not long after that Rob and Chyna began throwing out the kind of allegations that ended in a lawsuit filed by Rob. In 2017, Rob and his little sister Kylie Jenner sued Blac Chyna for battery, assault, and vandalism. Well, nearly five years later, and it looks like Rob doesn’t want to deal with that lawsuit anymore. So he’s filed to have it dismissed.
Prince Harry Doesn’t Feel That It’s Safe To Bring His Kids To The UK
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been planning a little trip to the UK with their kids, Archie and Lilibet, because every child of a former senior royal should see the place where their dad escaped from like the aristocratic British version of the Road Runner. For us regular folk, planning a trip to the UK is as simple as buying the cheapest airline tickets you can find online, booking a hotel room, and praying that “spotted dick” isn’t what it sounds like. For Harry and Meghan, it’s a little more complicated. Specifically, they have to arrange for a whole mess of security guards. That’s been an issue. Harry recently sent his lawyer to a preliminary hearing regarding his UK security, and he revealed he doesn’t feel that it’s safe to bring his family back to his homeland with the current security situation he’s facing.
Brad Pitt Is Suing Angelina Jolie Over The Sale Of Her Shares Of Château Miraval
Oooh, a rich people vineyard sale fight! You don’t see one of those every day. And this one is especially juicy (just like those wine grapes) because it comes with a side of sneaky shady sale accusations. One of the main points of contention in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s acrimonious divorce has been their joint ownership of Château Miraval, the French estate that makes rosé and olive oil. Angelina was entitled to sell her shares, which were split 50-50 in 2013 between herself and Brad. Brad didn’t like that. He claimed that it was 60-40 when they got together and that’s how it should be divided for sale. A judge didn’t agree, and Angelina was given the a-ok to sell her 50% stake. Now Brad is trying to argue that he doesn’t agree with who she sold the shares to, and that the sale should be reversed immediately. And he’s decided to make all this known with a lawsuit that was recently filed against his ex-wife and former partner in vineyard ownership.
