When Diddy put together his 1997 musical tribute to Biggie titled I’ll Be Missing You, he forgot to do a little thing called “get the rights to the song your ass is going to sample.” I’ll Be Missing You samples The Police’s Every Breath You Take, but Diddy never got permission to sample the song, which Sting wrote. So Sting sued, and that lawsuit ended with him singing, “Every dime you maaaaaaake, I’ll be taking iiiiit.” Sting got 100% of the song’s royalties. Sting claimed in 2018 that he received $2,000 a day in royalties from Diddy. But Diddy recently said that number is wrong, and it’s more like $5,000 a day in royalties, which now goes to Universal Music Group since they bought Sting’s catalog last year. It’s no wonder that Sting could get into 7-hour-long tantric fuck sessions with his wife Trudie Styler. Sting had the time for that and could blissfully bust internal nuts while knowing that Diddy was dropping a few dollars into his bank account every minute  (UPDATE: Diddy says he was just joking and that Sting never charged him. Thank all the Gods for that because I know everyone was thinking of starting a GoFundMe for Diddy’s money plight!) – Consequence

No need to check to see if we all time-traveled back to April 1st. I checked. It’s April 7th. According to several anonymous tips sent into gossip Instagram, Deux Moi, Kylie Jenner, and Timothée Chalamet might be (*shudders*)… dating, and it may have been going on for months. There’s something about this math that just ain’t mathin’. I mean, DeuxMoi’s recent claim that Tom Brady and Reese Witherspoon were a thing was shut down as false. So this rumor feels like being forced to eat sushi every day at school – it just doesn’t feel right. (Kanye’s sushi-serving school would beg to differ) But since Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian both got with skinny white dudes, maybe Kylie is following the new Koven trend.

In February, British pop group S Club 7 (ain’t no party like an S Club party!) announced they were reuniting for a 25th-anniversary tour this autumn. Today, fans got some tragic news: member Paul Cattermole has unexpectedly passed away. According to a statement from Paul’s family and S Club 7, he was found yesterday at his home in Dorset. He was declared dead later in the day. His cause of death is still unknown, but police have confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances. Paul was only 46.
