Kim Kardashian, Ciara, Yumi Nu, And Elon Musk’s Mother All Got Their Own Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Covers

There are four, count ’em, FOUR cover models for this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and they are Kim Kardashian, Ciara, Yumi Nu, and Maye Musk. Yep, Elon Musk’s mom. The magazine says its 2022 swimsuit issue celebrates women “in an inclusive range of backgrounds and body types”, so I get why one of the models is 74-years-old, but… really? I can name loads of sexy 74-year-olds who didn’t bring Elon Musk into this world. Rhea Perlman, Ina Garten, and Sally Struthers would like a word!
For The First Time In History, A Man Is A Sports Illustrated Swim Search Finalist

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue comes but once a year, and features hot ladies in barely-there swimwear. Over the years they’ve dabbled in representation, but there’s never been a man snapped ass-out on all-fours getting pounded by the surf. Well, 21-year-old Lewis Freese wants to change all that. Donald Trump Reportedly Asked Alex Rodriguez For Advice On The Coronavirus Situation

As many of you know, the world of sports is an absolute ghost town, so in order to keep fans thirsting for something, I guess they are now brushing away the tumbleweeds by reporting on stuff like this? You read that correctly.
Tyra Banks Came Out Of Model Retirement For The Cover Of SI: Swimsuit Edition

There used to be a time when the word “model” actually meant something. Now whenever I hear someone claim they’re a model I think to myself “Sure you are. On Instagram“. Tyra Banks was amongst the last of real supermodels who’d cut bitches down with their smizing instead of putting them to sleep. Tyra is back to save the modeling industry from the Jenners and the Hadids by gracing one of the covers of SI: Swimsuit Edition.
Halima Aden Is The First Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model To Wear A Burkini And Hijab

The swimwear featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition is usually ridiculous and highly impractical for the purpose of swimming. And so when SI decided to include Halima Aden, a Somali-American model and activist, in their annual gratuitous boob fest wearing a burkini, I thought we might actually get to see a sexy lady who could also save her own life in a shark attack by swimming away. I’m sorry to say that Halima’s SI swimwear isn’t breaking any new boundaries in aquadynamics, but she is the first woman in SI history to be photographed wearing a hijab and burkini. She proved once and for all that looking gorgeous and wearing simple, functional swimwear are incompatible.
