Celine Dion Cancels The Rest Of Her World Tour As She Continues Treatment For Stiff Person Syndrome
At the end of last year, Celine Dion, the greatest singer in the world (fuck you, Rolling Stone!!) shared some devastating health news: she’d been diagnosed with an extremely rare neurological disorder called Stiff Person Syndrome. Like its very strange name suggests, SPS causes progressively worse muscle stiffness and repeated episodes of painful spasms. There is no cure.
Let’s rewind to last April. 55-year-old Celine announced she was postponing the second half of her Courage World Tour from May 2022 to February 2023 due to her spasms. Now, the original-original dates for these European shows were way back in 2020, but, you know, PANDEMIC. Fast-forward to Celine’s SPS announcement in December. She revealed that her health troubles had once again forced her to reschedule. This time, the shows were pushed to August 2023. They would have run until April 2024. Bam Margera Is In The Hospital With Pneumonia And Has Been Placed On A Ventilator
Bam Margera has had a particularly chaotic run in his time in the “doing dumb shit” arena by doing so much dumb shit that he catapulted himself out of the Jackass category. Last we heard from him, he was court-ordered to attend rehab, left rehab and went on the run, and then went back to rehab. Since then, though, he’s been partying it up while emboldened by an ill-informed “Free Bam” movement. But, right now, Bam has no other choice than to slow down because he developed pneumonia that’s been further complicated by COVID and is on a ventilator in the hospital.

In Celine’s video message, a thick layer of somberness covers her, so you know her announcement is not going to bring happy news, like Anna Wintour finally doing something right by devoting an entire Met Gala theme to the kooky glamour of THE GREATEST SINGUH (AND MET GALA GUEST) IN DA WORLD. No, Celine delivered sad news, saying that health woes have been messing with her for a while and that it’s been difficult for her to talk about, but she’s ready to talk about it with her fans. A devastated Celine shared that she’s been diagnosed with a rare and incurable neurological disorder called Stiff Person Syndrome (yes, that’s what it’s really called), which causes muscle spasms and has made it difficult for her to move and sing.
Nick Cannon Was Admitted To The Hospital With Pneumonia
If you were out and about this weekend and things didn’t seem as overpopulated as they normally would, it might’ve been because Nick Cannon was indisposed and unable to spontaneously reproduce.
