There’s A Call For Prince Andrew To Be Investigated For Bribery
I’m not sure why Prince Andrew is smiling in that picture. The Virginia Giuffre sexual assault lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial next year and now people are calling for an investigation into claims that Androol received £1.5 million from his buddy David Rowland to pay off a loan from Banque Havilland, an offshore bank owned by David’s family. David is a major Tory donor and a multi-millionaire “property tycoon.” I don’t really understand anything to do with money, but apparently, it’s a case of bribery. The family “loaned” Andrew money and then paid if off themselves. Graham Smith, chief executive of the anti-monarchy group Republic, explains that David has essentially paid the Duke of York “cash for access” and Andrew needs to be investigated immediately. Whoa, hold your horses, Graham! Kindly form a neat line behind Virginia and the French socialite suing Andrew and Original Fergie for allegedly shorting her $9 million on the purchase of their Swiss chalet. Everyone will get a turn… eventually.
The Jussie Smollett Case Will Go To Trial After His Dismissal Request Was Denied
It feels like it was a million years ago when the country was swept up in the miniseries called The Boy Who Cried Hate! starring Jussie Smollett. Back in 2019, it was alleged that the hate crime Jussie suffered at the hands of MAGA hat-wearing racists was orchestrated by Jussie himself! It was the worse episode of Scooby-Doo ever. Jussie tried to have the case dismissed but that request was denied and the trial will be moving forward.
Tom Girardi Thinks Erika Jayne Knew About His Alleged Embezzlement Schemes
82-year-old Tom Girardi, AKA “Bizarro Robin Hood” (steals from the poor, gives to the rich [himself]), was approached by paps after leaving “an upscale restaurant” with a friend. He looked frail and confused, which tracks with his team’s claim that he is suffering from late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia. Over on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne is saying the same thing. Her side of the story includes car accidents, comas, affairs, wrist surgery, eye surgery, and Tom fighting off a burglar. And while Erika is doing the absolute most to convince us that Tom’s not mentally well and maybe that’s the reason he stole from clients, Tom obviously doesn’t feel like returning the favor. Because as Page Six points out, when a pap asked him, “Did Erika know anything?”, he eventually responded, “I think she does.” Erika? Thrown. Where? Under the bus. By? Tom. Continue reading
Tom Girardi’s Law Firm Is Selling “Erika Jayne Collectibles” To Help Pay Off Creditors
Failed gold digger and Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82, is officially Jackson Browne-ing (AKA Running On Empty). The disgraced/disbarred former lawyer, who claims to be totally broke, has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s, is under conservatorship, owes oodles of cash to creditors and clients he stole from, and both he, Erika, and his former law firm, Girardi Keese, are still smack in the middle of several embezzlement lawsuits and a big ol’ bankruptcy case.
Now Girardi Keese is attempting to help pay creditors by auctioning off everything in their office that’s not bolted down. This includes several ridiculous vanity portraits of Tom, a bronze bust of his head, lawyer trophies, a framed wire transfer receipt from Tom’s Erin Brokovich case, a tacky bedazzled globe, and something called “Erika Jayne Collectibles.” I was hoping for Ziploc bags filled with the Real Housewife’s original skin, teeth, and liposuctioned fat, but the actual items are far more pedestrian.
Kevin Spacey Did A Literal Song And Dance Routine During His Deposition
If Kevin Spacey’s journey from Oscar-winning thespian to pervy Hollywood pariah has taught us anything, it’s that this dude is an out-of-touch egomaniac. Wait, a celebrity? Out of touch? I never! See: last year’s speech comparing his situation to people losing their jobs due to coronavirus, his bizarre in-character as Frank Underwood Christmas videos, the museum poem, etc…
So are any of us surprised that Kevin brought his anything-for-attention theatrics to court? According to a new Hollywood Reporter piece detailing Kevin’s legal troubles, last February Kevin “sprung up from his seat” during his deposition and performed a song-and-dance number. The real tragedy? There is no video.
Erika Jayne And Tom Girardi Have Been Sued For Allegedly Embezzling Money In Their Divorce
As Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, and Dorit Kemsley reportedly battle coronavirus, another member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is battling embezzling accusations.
A month ago (on Election Day) Beverly Hills cast member Erika Girardi, AKA Erika Jayne, filed for divorce from her 81-year-old lawyer husband of over twenty years, Tom Girardi. There’s reportedly no prenup, but Erika asked the court for spousal support. At the time there were conspiracy theories that the divorce was somehow related to Tom’s many lawsuits (fraud, stealin’, scammin’, hookin’ [OK, not that last one]). Cut to today: Both Erika and Tom are being sued by Edelson PC, a class action firm, on behalf of Boeing plane crash victims. The lawsuit alleges their divorce is a sham, and the couple is actually embezzling settlement funds meant for the families of the victims who were killed in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash. Oh wow, this got dark fast.
