Erika Jayne Of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Claims That Tom Girardi Was Cheating On Her For Years

Erika Jayne continues to give the performance of a lifetime on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is trying to convince both the world and her castmates that she had no idea that her estranged husband Tom Girardi was scamming his clients and law firm out of millions (even though there’s evidence proving she knew about it). Erika has denied that she’s divorcing Tom to hide assets. And on the latest episode of RHoBH, it was revealed that not only did Erika suspect Tom had cognitive issues for years but also that she caught him cheating years ago as well. Hmm, wonder why she stayed–couldn’t have been the money, could it? And now she’s leaving and the money has run out… Hmmm… curious…

On RHoBH, Kyle Richards invited all the ladies to her La Quinta vacation home and before Erika got there, all the women talked shit about crooked Tom. via People:

“The government froze all of his assets,” Dorit Kemsley said. “Because it was determined that at least $2 million was used inappropriately.”

“So when they freeze assets, does that mean you can’t touch your money?” Lisa Rinna asked, to which Dorit, 45, responded, “No, you can’t. You cannot touch it.”

Dorit said she believed “the lawyers are asking for a medical evaluation of Tom because they don’t think he fully understands the gravity of the situation.”

After Erika arrived, the other hens were suddenly all, “We’re here for you,” and blah, blah, blah. Erika played it up hard saying, “It’s not okay and it’s not going to be okay for a long time.” Sure wasn’t. Erika revealed she had known that Tom had cognitive issues and tried to get him to seek help. Tom is now under conservatorship for Alzheimer’s and related neurocognitive issues.

“His attorneys said that she feels that he is not mentally well. This is something that I have said, and no one would listen to me. I tried and I tried. Maybe, finally he can get the help that he needs.”

In her confessional, Erika seemed to point the finger at us naysayers who think she’s some kind of financial kingpin:

“I’ve been a bimbo, gold-digging, trophy wife. Now all of a sudden, I am a financial mastermind that had her finger on the pulse of everything.”

I mean, she got us there! Erika said she had to lose her office space, and Tom would be giving her no more spousal support. She reiterated Tom’s years of decline and mentioned a car accident in 2017 that had Tom unconscious for 12 hours, after which she thinks he changed. via Page Six:

“I called you and I said, “Tom’s had a car accident,” which is true, but I just didn’t tell you the rest of it,” she told Richards, 52, at the table before an old clip of the cast discussing Girardi’s broken ankle played.

“As a result of the crash, his ankle was broken,” she said, muttering, “He was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows that.”

Jayne told her stunned co-stars that she was the one who found the now-disgraced attorney unconscious.

“He had a head injury, and he broke his shoulder, snapped his ankle and broke his clavicle,” she said. “He drove off a cliff.”

Jayne explained that Girardi rolled down the hill and was separated from the car when she found him. She believed that he was driving home and made a wrong turn on a winding road.

Erika said she didn’t tell anyone at the time because she was “respecting Tom’s privacy.” When she did get a call from Tom about his accident, she assumed “he was with some other woman.” Apparently, there were lots because it could have been “any of them.” via People:

“You guys have no idea what I’ve been living through, no idea what I’ve been through. This is my life.” Erika claimed that she “found the evidence” of Tom’s “years-long” affairs through text messages and pictures on his phone.

“I knew a lot, because it was so hard to hide and, you know, he was sloppy,” Erika said, noting that he didn’t deny the affairs.

Asked why she didn’t leave him thereafter, Erika said: “Where am I going?”

“I really do appreciate you all listening and just understanding,” she continued. “And I will be okay, but I am not okay right now.”

Of course, Erika appreciates them letting her set up her narrative. Clearly, Andy Cohen is an ally to her as this edit really does make her look semi-innocent. Maybe Erika can survive this scandal? She just needs to set up a payment plan for all the victims Tom scammed, and start making money again with new music. She can write updated follow-ups to some of her old hits. A remix of “XXPEN$IVE” called “Living In Moderation.” Or a remix to “How Many Fucks” called “I Care So Much About Innocent Victims.”
