Tom Girardi’s Law Firm Is Selling “Erika Jayne Collectibles” To Help Pay Off Creditors

Failed gold digger and Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82, is officially Jackson Browne-ing (AKA Running On Empty). The disgraced/disbarred former lawyer, who claims to be totally broke, has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s, is under conservatorship, owes oodles of cash to creditors and clients he stole from, and both he, Erika, and his former law firm, Girardi Keese, are still smack in the middle of several embezzlement lawsuits and a big ol’ bankruptcy case.

Now Girardi Keese is attempting to help pay creditors by auctioning off everything in their office that’s not bolted down. This includes several ridiculous vanity portraits of Tom, a bronze bust of his head, lawyer trophies, a framed wire transfer receipt from Tom’s Erin Brokovich case, a tacky bedazzled globe, and something called “Erika Jayne Collectibles.” I was hoping for Ziploc bags filled with the Real Housewife’s original skin, teeth, and liposuctioned fat, but the actual items are far more pedestrian.

Erika Jayne Collectibles include signed magazine covers, a billboard plaque for 50-year-old Erika’s 2009 “hit” Roller Coaster, and framed photos of her and Tom in happier times. There are currently 30 lucky people bidding for these precious treasures; the highest one is at $825. Here’s a quick look at what could be yours if you bid $850+:

And some of the ridiculous Tom art:

If you wanna get your paws on these precious items, you have another 8 days to place your bids on the auction site. But if Girardi Keese wanted to make some real money, they’d auction off the flip phone that Tom used to sext his judge mistress. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans would pay top dollar to peruse that ancient artifact (although it really belongs in a museum). The man used T9.
