UPDATE: If there’s one thing Olivia and Jason can agree on, it’s calling their former nanny a liar. They issued this joint statement.
“As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly. Her now 18 month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate apex. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone.”

We finally have some smutty details re: the demise of Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis (ft. Harry Styles). And who do we have to thank? THE NANNY! The Daily Mail scored an interview with the ex-couple’s ex-childcare provider, and they’d better have paid her well, cuz she delivers! Text screenshots and all. The nanny refutes Olivia’s claims that there was no crossover between Jason and Harry. She says Jason told her that he and Olivia were together up until she cheated with Harry on the set of Don’t Worry Darling. Jason alleged that Olivia officially left him in November, right before the couple announced their split. Nanny says Jason was a drunk mess after he got dumped, and, when Olivia made a salad to bring to Harry using her “special dressing,” he became so “infuriated” that he tried to prevent her from leaving by lying under her car. Olivia allegedly told Jason that she was scared of him, and he replied, “If you’re scared of me, why are you leaving your kids with me?” Say it ain’t so, Ted Lasso!
Olivia Wilde Is Getting Called Out For Changing Her Tune About The Importance Of The Sex Scenes In “Don’t Worry Darling”
You would think that after Don’t Worry Darling’s astonishing success at the Venice Film Festival (I’M BEING SERIOUS, YOU GUYS, IT WAS ASTONISHING), Olivia Wilde might want a little break from the intense media scrutiny leading up to the film’s release, but apparently nah. Olivia’s got her nipple out for the cover of Elle magazine’s Women in Hollywood issue, and that’s not all she’s serving. She’s also serving “the media” their ass for focusing on the sex scenes in DWD and “overshadowing everything else that the movie’s about,” in agreement with comments her star Florence Pugh made to Harper’s Bizarre in August, but contradicting what she herself said a few days later in Variety. Olivia also reiterated her “no assholes” policy saying, “we let go of people who aren’t kind all the time,” and swears she hasn’t “abandoned her children” in a hot car, one of which I believe!

Harry Styles stars in the new film My Policeman, and even though the movie is getting mixed reviews and Harry was dragged for his acting in the trailer, he’s going for Oscar! Variety reports that the entire cast, including Harry, will be submitted in the Best Supporting acting categories at the Oscars. So, you may soon hear the words “And the Oscar goes to…. Harry Styles!” (no you won’t).

During her most recent stop on the Don’t Worry Darling “It’s fine, I’m fine, everything is fine” tour, director, Olivia Wilde, appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and talked about most of the on-set and press stop drama that’s pretty much consumed all conversation (except that of DWD’s cinematographer) about the film. One of the more intriguing events that she decided to address was if actors Harry Styles and Chris Pine were spatting resulting in Harry spitting on Chris’ lap while taking his seat at the Venice Film Festival. According to Olivia, despite it looking like it in the video, “Spit-Gate” is an untrue figment of the internet’s imagination.

Never in modern film-making has any film’s cast and crew seemed more deserving of a Real Housewives-type reunion hosted by Andy Cohen than Don’t Worry Darling. The film has continued to deliver rumors and drama from casting all the way to its press tour. I’d envision Olivia Wilde and star/boyfriend Harry Styles seated next to Andy on one couch, with the placement of Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Nick Kroll, Kiki Layne, and Gemma Chan up in the air. Secret guest? Shia LaBeouf walking out screaming unintelligibly from backstage, enlarged texts from Olivia receipts in hand.
