Matthew Libatique, The Cinematographer For “Don’t Worry Darling,” Says That The Set Was “Harmonious”
Never in modern film-making has any film’s cast and crew seemed more deserving of a Real Housewives-type reunion hosted by Andy Cohen than Don’t Worry Darling. The film has continued to deliver rumors and drama from casting all the way to its press tour. I’d envision Olivia Wilde and star/boyfriend Harry Styles seated next to Andy on one couch, with the placement of Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Nick Kroll, Kiki Layne, and Gemma Chan up in the air. Secret guest? Shia LaBeouf walking out screaming unintelligibly from backstage, enlarged texts from Olivia receipts in hand. However, Don’t Worry Darling’s cinematographer, Matthew Libatique, recently said that the set was the “most harmonious” he’s ever been on, so maybe we’ve all just been duped into salivating over the alleged behind-the-scenes entertainment this yet-to-be-released film has already provided us.
The “Don’t Worry Darling” Drama Continued At Its Venice Film Festival Premiere
…And then there was one. Gemma Chan is the golden angel floating high above the smoldering embers of the Don’t Worry Darling Express which flew off the tracks in some suburban desert near Bakersfield and somehow landed, still ablaze and spewing toxic fumes, all the way in Chris Pine’s lap at the film’s Venice Film Festival premiere. Gemma probably slept like a baby last night as her costars Chris, Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, and Nick Kroll, and her director Olivia Wilde were still stumbling around the wreckage in a daze with Olivia looking for Harry, Harry looking for a clue, Nick looking for chapstick, Chris still looking for his sunglasses and Miss Flo looking for a refill on her Aperol Spritz. Somebody call 311, there’s been a beautiful disaster!
Amy Poehler And Nick Kroll Broke Up
I guess this week’s theme is, “Hos You Forgot Were Dating Until It Was Announced That They’re No Longer Dating.”
Amy Poehler and Nick Kroll (the billionaire’s son from Kroll Show and the dude from The League who didn’t lie about almost dying in 9/11) were smashing their fuck parts together for 2 years, but they’re not anymore. A source tells UsWeekly that Amy and the butcher and bearded Chris Kattan just couldn’t make it work, because she’s so busy and he’s so busy and they couldn’t find the time to be busy together.
“Unfortunately, they just couldn’t make the relationship work with their schedules,” says one insider close to the Parks and Recreation actress, 44, and the Kroll Show star, 37.
Upcoming projects constantly came between Kroll and the mom of two (she shares Archie, 6, and Abel, 5, with ex-husband Will Arnett). “They really tried, but it just wasn’t realistic anymore,” adds the source. “They were spending more time apart than together.”
Whenever Hollywood types break up, some source usually burps out some generic crap about how they had to dump their relationship into the gutter because they were just never ever together. Er, I thought that not seeing each other’s faces for long periods of time was one of the keys to a long-lasting happy relationship. Doesn’t absence makes the heart and genitals grow fonder? You know, after not seeing each other for weeks, they’d go into a room together, get naked, hump for a while, light up a joint, say a total of 16 words about what they’ve been up to and get dressed before going back to their oh-so-fucking busy schedules. That seems like the perfect relationship to me! I’m guessing that the real reason they broke up is because the Hammaconda is on the loose now and Amy wants a huge piece of that. Now that’s a good reason to dump a trick.

Amy Poehler Went On A Date With Nick Kroll
When Amy Poehler and Will Arnett broke up, the definition of true love drowned its feelings in cake batter and whiskey stew, and it pulled the bed sheets over its head and hasn’t come out since. Most of us figured (no, we didn’t) that Amy would realize that she’d never find love like that again and she’d become a recluse and only come out of her mansion to turn the garden hose on couples walking by hand-in-hand. But Knope! Page Six says that Amy is trying to find love again and went out to eat things with comedian Nick Kroll who she knows from UCB. They could’ve just gone out as friends, but a witness says they were cozy and shit.
A spy tells us the two looked “cozy” as they sat across from each other at a small table. The couple also went unnoticed by other customers as they dined. “No one really recognized them,” a witness told us. While sources tell us that this wasn’t a first date, reps for the two comics didn’t get back to us.
I don’t really know anything about Nick Kroll, but while reading his Wiki page, I learned that his dad is some kind of corporate investigations mogul (whatever that is) and is worth billions of dollars! I know Amy has millions of dollars, but billions of dollars buys more waffles than millions of dollar does. So don’t L’eggo that Eggo, Amy.
