“House Of The Dragon” Co-Showrunner, Miguel Sapochnik, Reportedly Left The Series After HBO Refused To Make His Wife A Producer In Season Two

January 5, 2023 / Posted by:

The Game of Thrones spin-off prequel series, House of the Dragon, was renewed for a second season. But one of the two showrunners, Miguel Sapochnik, is not going to be returning, and while it was first reported to be an amicable split, now there is rumored to be some actual drama, honey. Nobody’s family got killed Red Wedding-style, but shit allegedly got messy after HBO refused to let Miguel’s wife–who already got a job on season 1 of the show thanks to him–a producer credit on the second season. That Nepo Baby article was just the beginning–we need a Nepo Spouse exposé next!

Lily Allen Speaks Out On Behalf Of Nepo Babies

December 20, 2022 / Posted by:

Nepotism isn’t necessarily a new concept, but it has always been one of those things that people who aren’t nepo babies give much thought to because we’re too busy working hard. And not that we needed any further explanation, we’re now getting an unauthorized stamp of approval from Lily Allen, who is an out and proud nepo baby, and she doesn’t care how you take it. In fact, Lily states that the nepo babies have it harder because of their broken family dynamic. And somewhere in her kitchen, straining minced organic pheasant into a holiday pate’ Gwyneth Paltrow is beaming with pride at Lily’s response.

Scott Eastwood Once Got Into It With Shia LaBeouf And Brad Pitt Had To Intervene

February 18, 2022 / Posted by:

Well now this is just sad. Despite being the son of Hollywood royalty, recent Razzie Award nominee Scott Eastwood still can’t catch a break in this town. Much like his fellow hollow-eyed Hollywood hunk who gives off sinister vibes, Armie Hammer, we’ve spent 10 long years trying to make Scott Eastwood happen. And the similarities don’t stop there! No not that, I’m sure his dad Clint Eastwood would run him down with a Gran Torino if he thought Scott was dabbling in the anthropophaginian arts. According to Insider, Scott was involved in an on-set spitting incident while filming David Ayres’ 2014 WWII movie Fury starring Brad Pitt, much like Armie was when auditioning for Mad Max: Fury Road. I guess the unwritten rule is that if the word “Fury” is in the title, you can expect the expectorant to fly.

Brooklyn Beckham Proves A Point To People Who Say He Can’t Cook

February 11, 2022 / Posted by:

After The New York Post published an article questioning his cooking abilities, Brooklyn Beckham, the 22-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham, is learning the hard way that nepotism is a double-edged sword. Even the most inherently talented and hard-working celebrity spawn must one day come to terms with the fact that people will always question their abilities, and if they’re lucky, their success. And as difficult as the road to success may be, earning people’s respect is harder still. But when you know deep down in your heart that you’ve received your calling, nothing, not even strangers on the internet, can keep you from your dreams. Because you are very rich and Vogue owes your mom a favor.

Dominic West’s Son Will Play Prince William To His Prince Charles In Season 5 Of “The Crown”

November 18, 2021 / Posted by:

Senan West won’t have to dig very deep to play the role of young Prince William in the upcoming fifth season of The Crown. He and William have so much in common! Senan also grew up in a castle (Glin Castle, his mother’s ancestral estate in Ireland) and his parent’s marriage is in shambles. His dad, Dominic West, who will play his TV dad, Prince Charles, is also a cheater. And Senan’s mom, Catherine Fitzgerald, like Princess Diana, dealt with that betrayal by putting on a stiff upper lip and pretending everything is fine. The only difference is Senan’s dad is handsome (on a good day) and cheated with a Hollywood starlet whereas Charles is not and cheated with, how do I put this politely, a handsome woman.

Ben Platt Thinks That The “Dear Evan Hansen” Movie Would’ve Never Been Made Without Him

August 9, 2021 / Posted by:

Ben Platt has been with Dear Evan Hansen since the beginning from workshops in 2014 to starring in it on Broadway in 2016, which got him the Tony for Best Leading Actor in a Musical at the tender age of 23. As we know, acclaimed things that aren’t movies will eventually be made into a movie. 27-year-old Ben reprised his role as 17-year-old Evan Hansen in the movie version that comes out on September 24. While us “randos being jerks” may have been rolling on our floors laughing at this Inception-level stretch of our imaginations that this obvious man was a teenager, Ben has come out to say that he basically had to be the one to play this role (in the movie which is being produced by his father). Because if he didn’t, Dear Evan Hansen would never have been made! …And what would have been the problem with that?
