Britney Spears Cartwheels For Joy After Winning The Right To Choose Her Own Lawyer
We’ve done a full 180 on seeing screaming “Leave Britney alone!” as overly dramatic or demented and now consider it the only appropriate response to literally anything going on with Britney Spears‘ 13-year conservatorship. 39-year-old Britney has mostly been under her father’s, 68-year-old Jamie Spears, control since 2008. Last month, Britney told the court many things including that she wants to pick her own lawyer, wants out of her conservatorship, and really wants her “abusive” and “cruel” father out as co-conservator.
There was another hearing yesterday, and she once again spoke out against her father’s cruelty saying she wanted to charge him with conservatorship abuse and have him investigated. And she did so with her brand-spanking-new lawyer who is ready to kick in teeth, which had Brit Brit so happy she cartwheeled for joy!
The Judge In Britney Spears’ Conservatorship Case Denied Her Request To Remove Her Dad As Co-Conservator (UPDATE)
Before Britney Spears finally spoke up for herself in court and painted her dad/co-conservator, Jamie Spears, as an abusive monster and said that she wants out of her 13-year conservatorship, her court-appointed lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham III, legally requested for Jamie Spears to be removed as her co-conservator. That was in November 2020. Well, Judge Brenda Penny denied that request. The #FreeBritney people will not be pleased and they will require blood in exchange for this. Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea has come out with some details on Jamie Spears which will only increase the bloodlust of Team #FreeBritney.

Britney Spears’ Dad Hits Back At Her New Lawyer, Saying That She Can Speak For Herself
TMZ says that Britney Spears‘ father, Jamie Spears, tried to pull some shenanigans in court again. While it may appear at first glance that things have come full-circle and Daddy Spears has now become a part of the #FreeBritney movement, it’s probably just some more stalling tactics as he’s claiming that Britney’s own lawyers can’t speak for her and she needs to speak for herself in court. I hope she does speak for herself, and I’m sure that when Britney gets up to speak it will be our next great Communist Manifesto.
Britney Spears’ Father Wants To Keep Her Conservator Case Sealed For Her Own Good
Britney Spears is currently fighting against her father, Jamie Spears, in her conservatorship case. Brit Brit has made it clear that she doesn’t want her father to be her sole conservator and also doesn’t want him to choose a co-conservator. Jamie wants to bring back an old conservator, Andrew Wallet, to handle her finances, but Britney herself made legal moves by asking the court to let her choose her co-conservator. Britney also threw support for the #FreeBritney movement and said that her conservatorship case should be made public because she’s got nothing to hide. Jamie has now filed papers, asking for the opposite. I mean, the court should just keep it simple and let Cher decide since Cher should decide most things.
