Kanye West Got A New Lawyer Ahead Of His Divorce Hearing Today To Declare Kim Kardashian Single (UPDATE: Kim Won)
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been going through their divorce fight since February 2021, and today, their lawyers will fight over Kim wanting to be declared legally single. Kanye has been trying to block that move. Kanye’s side has argued that he wants to settle money and child custody stuff before they are made legally single. And recently, Kim told the court that Kanye’s constant social media harassment was causing her emotional distress. Kanye fired back by telling her to prove his harassing social media posts came from him. He also started lightly swatting at the prenup he previously agreed to. I mean… childish, and clearly, his legal team was not cutting it obeying every childish whim of his, because he’s fired his lawyer ahead of his divorce hearing this morning and now a fourth lawyer is taking over. This is a good sign, right? It’s good when a person burns through lawyers like I do boxes of wine?
Ioan Gruffud Asks For A Restraining Order Against His Estranged Wife Alice Evans
Ioan Gruffud and Alice Evans first met on the set of 2000’s 102 Dalmatians and based on the way she’s been going on the past year or so, you’d think she played Cruella de Vil. Because ever since Ioan and Alice split up in January 2021, she’s been going off on him and really turned it up when he moved on and started dating actress Bianca Wallace (Alice claims the two were having an affair for three years before going public but they deny that). Ioan tells the court that shit has gotten so bad and so scary that he needs a restraining order against Alice. And in his petition for a domestic abuse restraining order, he included over 100 pages of unhinged and obsessive texts, DMs, tweets, Instagram posts, and emails that the blonde lady version of Kanye West sent him ever since their breakup. Ioan also claims that Alice threatened to go Gone Girl on him by making a fake diary where she’d accuse him of abuse. Divorce lawyers for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made a mental note to say to themselves, “Well at least my client isn’t Ioan Gruffud or Alice Evans,” the next time one of them calls screaming about something.

Dr. Dre and Nicole Young have been fighting over his reported $800 million fortune, but they have finally come to an agreement and their divorce settlement has been finalized. And Nicole’s not getting $2 million a month in spousal support as she wanted, but she is walking away with a whopping $100 million–which is sort of like getting $2 million a month for four years, so that’s a win in my book.

Kelly Clarkson Was Awarded Sole Ownership Of The Montana Cattle Ranch Where Her Ex Is Still Living
Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock is going to have a hard time finding a rental that will let him keep his new colts, Chapo and Cash. It’s hard enough to find a property that’ll even let you have a small dog! TMZ reports that Brandon is “pretty much just a squatter at this point” at Kelly’s Vintage Valley Ranch in Montana, which she bought and paid for and of which she was deemed “sole titleholder” by a judge. So Brandon has got to go! But I’m sure Kelly will make sure that Chapo and Cash have a safe place to land even if Brandon winds up on the streets of Nashville begging for spare change.
