Kanye West Objects To Kim Kardashian’s Request To Be Declared Legally Single And Says She Can’t Prove He Wrote His Messy Social Media Posts

Kanye West is continuing to do his best to make sure that divorcing Kim Kardashian is as brutal and unpleasant a process as possible for her. Kim has filed twice to be declared officially single while the couple sorts out the rest of their divorce issues, but Kanye is continuing to deny her, tossing up roadblocks like asking for the transfer of assets to be frozen during the divorce. In one of Kim’s filings, she said that Kanye’s batshit and obsessive social media posts, where he attacked her and her new boyfriend, Pete  Davidson, caused her emotional pain. Kanye wants Kim to prove that he’s the one who wrote the posts. That will be tough for Kim to prove. I mean, it’s not like there’s evidence of Kanye rapping in his own voice about wanting to beat up Pete Davidson. OH WAIT, that fully happened too.

TMZ says that next week a judge will decide if Kim gets to be a legally-single woman again. But Kanye is fighting her on that.

Kanye’s argument — How does Kim really know he wrote those posts? His lawyer is arguing these social media posts are not only hearsay… they’re double hearsay!

Ye’s lawyer says, “Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation… Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye.”

The docs never say Kanye didn’t write the posts… just that Kim hasn’t jumped through all the hoops.

It’s going to be hard for Kim to prove Kanye is the one trashing her on social media when this picture exists:

Kanye is also hitting Kim and her Koven where it hurts: the wallet. He’s now claiming that their prenup may not be valid.

But, that’s not all… Kanye’s lawyer now says the prenup can’t be viewed as valid, at least not now. Ye’s attorney says there’s a presumption in California that prenups signed after 2001 are invalid, and the only way they can be validated is either during a trial or if both parties agree. So, it seems Kanye is saying he hasn’t agreed it’s valid, so it can’t be enforced until there’s a full-blown trial, and that means a big delay.

Kim may not be able to escape Stalker Kanye in the legal sense anytime soon, but she can physically escape him on her brand new private jet, which TMZ claims cost her just $150 million.

Kim flew back to L.A. from Milan Friday in a G65OER jet… our sources confirm she had it built from scratch. When we say $95M, that’s the base price. We’re guessing cashmere walls are extra.

She’s been waiting a year for completion, and we gotta say … it’s pretty damn awesome. The custom interior and exterior are painted a Créme color. The cabin is laced with cashmere finishes and leather seats. It’s the same color scheme as her home. She designed the interior with the help of Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. BTW… Fernandez also designed Travis Barker’s home, with an assist from Kourtney.

It’s baller… the placemats and plates are the same as the ones she has at home. Not to mention, we’re told guests who board are given a pair of SKIMS slippers and pajamas for a cozy trip.
