Open Post: Hosted By Lil Nas X Swearing That His Wardrobe Malfunction On “Saturday Night Live” Wasn’t Planned

May 25, 2021 / Posted by:

Lil Nas X was the final musical guest of Saturday Night Live’s 46th season, and he performed “Montero (Call Me By Your Name).”  Lil Nas X learned just how live Saturday Night Live was when he split the crotch of his pants right before his big pole routine. Some people watching at home might have thought Lil Nas X really wanted to go as far as possible with the stripper imagery as possible, and was trying to pull a Lenny Kravitz on purpose. But he swears a surprise peek-a-boo penis was never part of the plan.

Nike Settled Their Lawsuit Against The Company That Produced Lil Nas X’s “Satan Shoes”

April 9, 2021 / Posted by:

The promo campaign for Lil Nas X‘s latest Billboard #1 single, Montero (Call Me By Your Name) has involved a lap dance with Satan, trolling all the angry pearl-clutches who rose up afterward, and pissing more people off with his Satan Shoes. Well, those Satan Shoes brought on a lawsuit from Nike. Nike was suing the makers of the Satan Shoes, MSCHF, because the shoes were based on Nike’s Air Max 97. Well, Nike has settled that lawsuit and now the Satan Shoes have been banished to Hell for all eternity.

Lil Nas X Was Seen At A Party, Despite Telling People To Stay At Home

April 5, 2021 / Posted by:

It’s been more than a year since COVID-19 forced many people into their homes. And people have kind of fallen into one of two camps: those who are tired of sitting on the couch every day, and the “Pandemic? What pandemic?” types. Lil Nas X appeared to be in the first category, or at the very least, he was very pro-stay-at-home. But then he was recently seen at a big indoor group birthday party with a bunch of random TikTokers. And it’s got a whole lot of people suggesting he take his horse to the old town road, turn right, and head for the nearest testing center to make sure he didn’t pick up COVID-19 while he was partying.

Nike Was Granted A Temporary Restraining To Halt The Sale Of Lil Nas X’s “Satan Shoes”

April 1, 2021 / Posted by:

Nike works fast but the Dark Lord works faster. Earlier this week, Lil Nas X dropped his “Satan shoe,” a modified Nike Air Max 97 with a drop of human blood in the sole distributed by the streetwear company MSCHF. Nike was quick to say “NOT TODAY, YOU KNOW WHO!” and slapped MSCHF with a lawsuit. The shoes, of course, sold out in under a minute save pair 666/666 which was held out as a prize. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Nike has won its first battle and a judge has issued a temporary restraining order barring the further sale or shipment of any more “Satan shoes,” or as they’re more commonly known, just some damn shoes.

Nike Has Filed A Lawsuit Over Lil Nas X’s Satan Shoes

March 30, 2021 / Posted by:

Lil Nas X’s video for Montero (Call Me By Your Name) has gotten all the religious zealots and pearl-clutching hypocritical hoes MADDD! And then he really got their blood boiling by releasing a $1,018 pair of modified Nike Air Max 97s called Satan Shoes that reportedly contains a drop of human blood in its soles. All 666 pairs of those Satan Shoes sold out in under a minute. As soon as I heard this, I grabbed my popcorn, turned my phone off, and loomed over Twitter just awaiting all the backlash. And it came quick. Not only did Lil Nas engage in a Twitter battle with the Governor of South Dakota, but the company that makes the Satan Shoes, MSCHF, is now being sued by Nike.

Lil Nas X Continues To Stunt With His “Satan Shoe” Which Contains A Drop Of Human Blood

March 29, 2021 / Posted by:

Lil Nas X is out here pushing more buttons than a 3-year-old in an elevator factory with his latest song Montero (Call Me By Your Name) and accompanying music video. I don’t remember hearing such hullabaloo when Charlie Daniels was talking about Johnny vanquishing the devil with his fiddle, but Satan gets one little lap dance before getting his neck snapped and all hell breaks loose. Lil Nas has uploaded Satanic Panic version 666.0 and he’s monetizing the hell out of it. Today, in collaboration with streetwear company MCSHF, he released a “Satan Shoe” — a tricked-out Nike Air Max 97s that contains a drop of human blood in the sole. Only 666 were made and unsurprisingly, they sold out in under a minute despite their $1,018 price tag. Say what you will about The Devil, but at least he tips his dancers well!
