Erika Jayne Of “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Has To Hand Over A Pair Of $750,000 Diamond Earrings Tom Girardi Bought With Stolen Money

Poor Erika Jayne won’t be able to pawn off a pair of diamond earrings that cost $750,000. Erika had her luxurious life upended when it came out that her geriatric lawyer husband Tom Girardi had been allegedly embezzling money from his law firm, Girardi-Keese, for years. Tom even allegedly took money from the families of the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 crash. Tom’s accounts and belongings–and thus Erika’s accounts and belongings–have been getting picked through legally ever since. And now, Erika can kiss bye-bye to those $750,000 diamond earrings because a judge has ruled that she must hand them over since they were bought by Tom with stolen funds.
Erika Jayne Owes California $2.2 Million In Taxes, But Intends To Keep Her Glam Squad

The last few times we’ve seen The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Erika Jayne Girardi here, she’s been the sad gourd in the center of a cornucopia of bad shit like being sued for “aiding and abetting” her (at some point, ex-) husband, former lawyer Tom Girardi, in embezzling money from plane crash victims’ families and having many of her lavish items (except allegedly that crusty lingerie in Tom’s desk wasn’t hers) sold off to pay her and her Tom’s many creditors. The hits keep coming–and no, her song XXPEN$IVE will never chart. It’s that she now owes over $2.2 million dollars in back taxes. In “can’t stop, won’t stop” news, not only has she claimed that she’s unable to pay the past-due taxes, an episode of RHOBH just aired where she said that she won’t be laying off her $40,000 per month “glam squad.”
Erika Jayne From “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Is Being Sued For Allegedly “Aiding And Abetting” Tom Girardi’s Schemes

Hopefully, the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is close to being done filming or already finished because Erika Jayne has been sued once more in relation to her estranged husband, Tom Girardi‘s, legal issues. So if they’ve already got most of their footage she can spend at least one season not being sued. This time she’s been named in a $2.1 million complaint for allegedly “aiding and abetting” Tom’s schemes.
Erika Jayne Has Been Dismissed From Estranged Husband Tom Girardi’s Embezzlement Case… But The Lawsuit Will Be Refiled

It’s time for Erika Jayne to fully settle into her new role on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as Single Divorcée Ready to Mingle because she’s no longer Fallen Sugar Baby Under Financial Investigation. An upgrade, if I’ve ever seen one! Page Six says that Erika has been dismissed from Tom Girardi‘s embezzlement lawsuit. Tom is accused of stealing settlement money from the families of plane crash victims and using it to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle, as well as Erika’s pop career. But the legal microscope is off Erika’s back and she can breathe a sigh of relief… for now! Emphasis on “for now” because the lawsuit will be refiled in California.
Production On “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Has Temporarily Shut Down After Three Housewives Test Positive For COVID-19

Erika Jayne may be getting ready to release her post-breakup/financial scandal hair extensions collection–as anyone would be–but nature, or maybe the gods, had other plans for her. Erika and two other Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna and Garcelle Beauvais, tested positive for Coronavirus.
Erika Jayne Said She Would Never Have Gone On “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” If She Had Known About Tom Girardi’s Alleged Financial Schemes

The final hour of the 4,500-hour-long Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion aired last night and the main character of the season (but not for good reasons) Erika Jayne was questioned one last time by Andy Cohen. Who, by the way, suddenly turned into an investigative reporter with these questions. Andy asked Erika point-blank if she knew about her estranged husband Tom Girardi‘s alleged financial crimes and she said that she did not and would never have gone on the show if she had.
