Erika Jayne Suggests She Doesn’t Recognize Some Of The Lingerie Being Auctioned Off As Hers By Tom Girardi’s Law Firm

Erika Jayne‘s eventual comeback single needs to be called “Reasonable Doubt” because she’s really trying her hardest to serve it up! The main storyline of the 11th season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills has focused on the demise of her marriage with 82-year-old Tom Girardi and the financial disaster they’re both currently dealing with. Tom has been involved in an embezzlement lawsuit and Erika got wrapped up in it since she’s been the one with the “XXPEN$IVE” pop music career–even though Erika has denied any involvement.

Most recently some of Erika’s things have hit the auction block as Tom’s old law firm, Girardi Keese, has been selling everything possible to cover debts. But now Erika has decided to throw some more oil in the dumpster fire, as she claims that some of the panties being sold off aren’t even hers. Is Erika bringing the mistress narrative back in play to help explain her sudden divorce? Did it ever really leave?

Tom is currently under conservatorship as he suffers from Alzheimer’s, and is the center of a huge lawsuit over allegedly stealing money from clients, such as victims of the 2018 Lion Air plane crash. Erika has been accused of divorcing Tom in a timely fashion to hide her involvement and any stolen assets, but she’s denied it all. Now, a source tells Us Weekly that all of the things being auctioned off were items seized by the creditors. Those creditors waste no time, honey!

“These are all seized items. She had no approval on what was going to be auctioned off and what’s not auctioned off.”

But don’t cry for Erika, or at least get better mascara than she had, because while she “doesn’t have a say either way” about the sales, she’s also ready for it to happen and pay down anything she may be owing.

“She’s just letting the law firm do what it needs to do. She wants the payment to be settled so she can just move on in life.”

But Erika’s not one to just dance off into the sunset without some theatrics or a leotard and thigh-high boots, so she added a lil’ drama to the auction by suggesting some of the lingerie for sale does not belong to her. During the early stages of the divorce scandal, Erika pitched us a cheating element by suggesting Tom had stepped out on her with a judge. It seemed like old news based on the text evidence she provided, but the cheating topic came back up on RHOBH when Kyle Richards co-signed that she had long heard rumors of Tom cheating.

A source tells TMZ says that a brand new lingerie set being pushed as belonging to Erika is too small for her and Erika is wondering who they were meant for…..

Sources close to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tell TMZ… among Tom Girardi’s auction items are 2 separate pieces of lingerie that never belonged to her, and she has no idea what the deal is.

We’re told the items in question–a red Agent Provocateur set in size 3, and a medium black lace top–are both smaller than what Erika wears.

Both items are brand new with the tags and the red lingerie comes with a receipt to Tom, but their inclusion among the auction items has the rumor mill spinning.

Basically, we’re told people close to Erika are wondering if these items were intended for her, and if not… exactly who WERE they meant for?

DUHN-DUHN! Here’s the lingerie in question:

I zoomed in on the date of the receipt and it’s from 2015. So Tom had lingerie sitting in his office for six years? But we shouldn’t assume that the lingerie was for a side piece. Maybe Tom’s hidden kink is wearing fancy lingerie under his suit? And if that’s the case, it would be at the very bottom of the list of scandalous things Tom has done. Call me old-fashioned but “stealing money from the families of plane crash victims” is at the top.
