Who, by the way, suddenly turned into an investigative reporter with these questions. Andy asked Erika point-blank if she knew about her estranged husband Tom Girardi‘s alleged financial crimes and she said that she did not and would never have gone on the show if she had.

Just a few days ago, we heard from Erika Jayne’s lawyer who pretty much called her 2dumb2scam and said that they were in talks to settle the $25 million lawsuit that was filed against her by the trustee that was set up to handle the bankruptcy case of Girardi Keese, the former law firm of her alleged grifting estranged husband Tom Girardi. Girardi Keese filed for bankruptcy and the trustee wants Erika to pay back the millions that Tom allegedly took from the firm to pay for her lavish lifestyle and wannabe pop star career. Well, Erika is staying vain and delusional, because after one of her fans called out Ronald Richards, a lawyer for the trustee who is investigating her, she chimed in by comparing what she’s going through to what Jesus went through. And before you ask “Jesus who?” she’s referring to the one and only Jesus Christ.
Erika Jayne’s Legal Team Is Reportedly In Early Talks To Settle Her $25 Million Lawsuit
Erika Jayne has been fending off a $25 million lawsuit and has spent the entirety of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinning tales of wonder and excitement about her estranged husband, Tom Girardi‘s, many ills. There was Tom fighting off a burglar and needing surgery and. But while Erika seemed intent on making Tom look like a frail innocent old man and not the shady lawyer who stole millions of dollars from people who suffered losses of family members or personal traumas, he tossed her ass under the bus and said that he believes she knew about his schemes. Granted, Tom has been under conservatorship and is suffering from Alzheimer’s-related dementia and is currently in a care home, so he’s not the most reliable witness right now. But she is?
Erika may have hit a stroke of luck, though, as her lawyers and the lawyers of Tom’s victims are reportedly talking settlement, so she may have a new storyline next season on RHOBH after all!
Tom Girardi Thinks Erika Jayne Knew About His Alleged Embezzlement Schemes
82-year-old Tom Girardi, AKA “Bizarro Robin Hood” (steals from the poor, gives to the rich [himself]), was approached by paps after leaving “an upscale restaurant” with a friend. He looked frail and confused, which tracks with his team’s claim that he is suffering from late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia. Over on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne is saying the same thing. Her side of the story includes car accidents, comas, affairs, wrist surgery, eye surgery, and Tom fighting off a burglar. And while Erika is doing the absolute most to convince us that Tom’s not mentally well and maybe that’s the reason he stole from clients, Tom obviously doesn’t feel like returning the favor. On RHoBH last night, Erika told Kyle Richards another story about her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, which had Kyle more confused than an aggressive psychic at a dinner party. Erika told tall tales about snow in Pasadena, mysterious car accidents, and geriatric Tom fighting off a would-be robber like a Power Ranger. I’m sure the lawyers watching Erika’s every move for a way to squeeze millions of dollars out of her loved her performance and are taking notes during each episode. But Erika has some legal defensive tactics of her own. She’s been Maxxing it up at TJ Maxx, and was photographed looking sad and poor and hardly like a woman who can pay back embezzlement victims!

Erika was forced to downgrade to a $1.5 million Hollywood rental house and a Range Rover after her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Girardi was accused of embezzling millions from the families of the victims of a plane crash, as well as from his own law firm. And Tom’s old law firm auctions off his stuff (including his alleged side piece’s lingerie) to pay off creditors, it’s Erika’s turn in the hot seat as she’s being sued for expenses paid by Tom’s firm which total $25 million. It really is XXpen$ive to be Erika Jayne because now she’s got even more legal bills to handle.
