Kate Major Was Arrested For DWI Just Before Michael Lohan’s Arrest And He Says It’s A Conspiracy
Apparently Kate Major needs to be a writer on How To Get Away With Murder because she’s allegedly trying to frame Michael Lohan for assaulting her. Michael was arrested for the millionth time for allegedly choking Kate in Southampton, New York on Monday. She called the cops and he was taken to his second home, a jail cell. Well, now the plot thickens. Kate got caught allegedly drinking and driving in the Hamptons on Sunday, a day before Michael’s latest domestic abuse arrest. Michael is alleging that Kate made the whole assault up because he tipped the police off to her drinking and driving. So Kate got revenge. Hell hath no fury like a messy mess ready to spread the mess around.
Dina Lohan Could Face 6 Months In Jail For Her DWI Charge
After her DWI arrest last week, prosecutors want to throw the book at Dina Lohan. Thank god she is immune to books. Dina had a court date today and Page Six reports that if prosecutors have their way, Dina will spend up to 6 months in jail with 5 months probation. And that’s them being generous and only if she agrees to plead guilty. This is a felony charge she’s facing since it’s not her first offense. Dina’s accused of “drunkenly fleeing“ the scene after t-boning another car in the parking lot of an Outback Steakhouse. Dina was chased down by the person whose car she hit as well as the cops, and later refused to take a sobriety test after falling on her face (though she claims the arresting officer pushed her). The good news is her lawyer talked to the judge today, and the judge agreed to adjourn her case for a month so they can look into treatment programs. Which is very generous of Dina because Dina’s daughter Lindsay Lohan knows a lot of very important people who know how to make problems disappear.

Dina Lohan is trying to riff off the police brutality we’ve been dealing with forever and talking about lately. And what’s more, she’s trying to use it to her advantage, it seems. She was arrested for a DWI because of a car accident at an Outback Steakhouse on Long Island over the weekend. But she says this is not what it seems. Dina claims the police are liars, because she wasn’t falling over drunk, and an officer “pushed” her.

And all this time she’s actually been knocking back Aussie Rum Punches down under at the Outback Steakhouse! Dina Lohan said “g’day mate!” to a DUI charge when she was arrested after allegedly t-boning another lady’s car in an Outback Steakhouse parking lot last night and then fleeing the scene. Maybe she was drowning her sorrows after breaking up with another virtual boyfriend?
