Dina Lohan Claims She Was NOT Drunk During Her DWI Arrest At Outback Steakhouse

Dina Lohan is trying to riff off the police brutality we’ve been dealing with forever and talking about lately. And what’s more, she’s trying to use it to her advantage, it seems. She was arrested for a DWI because of a car accident at an Outback Steakhouse on Long Island over the weekend. But she says this is not what it seems. Dina claims the police are liars, because she wasn’t falling over drunk, and an officer “pushed” her.

On Saturday, an”allegedly” drunk Dina struck a Honda as she was pulling out of an Outback Steakhouse after munching down on her Great Barrier Combo and taking one of her “lumps” of crab cakes to-go. She was followed home by the police and was arrested after police saw “clear signs of intoxication.” But Dina is saying this is all a vicious farce by the Nassau County Police Department! Her lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, has spoken to TMZ about this mess and he has a story to tell.

“Dina was leaving an Outback Steakhouse Saturday near her East Coast home, and she was pulling her Mercedes out of the lot when she hit the other car, a Honda.

Heller says Dina didn’t see any damage, and claims no one was injured … so she left, thinking nothing of it. Soon enough, she had the cavalry behind her.”

Ah yes, the hit and run excuse of: “I didn’t see anything on the car, or anybody around, so I booked it out of there.” Good one, you two! But there’s more: Dina was “surprised” to find cops at her home, because clearly she thought she was innocent for T-boning a Honda in a parking lot. Everyone does it. They also have a reason why Dina refused the Breathalyzer which would have proved her alleged sobriety:

“She refused it ’cause she was NOT drunk … and thought they’d lie.”

It’s a machine that registers a number–I don’t think it can lie, Dina. You think the breathalyzer’s gonna be like: “Oh let’s fuck this one up!–1.2!”

Now Dina also claims that not only is she a sober person who can’t drive for shit and flagrantly violates traffic laws, she’s also a victim of police brutality. The police claim that Dina “fell on her face as she got out of the vehicle.” But her lawyer says that it was the Nassau officer who “actually pushed her to the ground.”

Dina has pleaded not guilty to DWI, and a bunch of other traffic violations like leaving the scene of an accident.

There’s no word on whether or not Dina is going to file any kind of legal complaint because of being shoved, but I hope she does because it will definitely bring to the surface dashcam footage of a drunk Dina Lohan falling out of her car–and I want the juxtaposition of her vehement denials and the photographic evidence to be a thing that exists. And honestly if he did push Dina… the last time someone shoved a Lohan… she sort of deserved it.
