Demi Lovato has had a wild last few years. There was her 2018 drug overdose, a long stay in rehab, a new side gig as an alien hunter, and, of course, her blink-and-you’ll-miss-it pandemic engagement/break up with the star of the upcoming film Southern Gospel, Max Ehrich. Although I initially loved Max’s stunt queen messiness, the sheen eventually wore off, and his antics became less “LOL this bitch is on Instagram Live again” and more “Demi, girl, time for a restraining order.” But in a new interview with Glamour, 28-year-old Demi admits that some good actually came out of the split; it forced her to explore her sexuality.

In a new interview with British Vogue, the mystical thespian deity known as Tilda Swinton revealed she identifies as “queer”. She went on to clarify that, for her, the word “queer” is not limited to sexuality; it describes her “sensibility” and worldview. 60-year-old Tilda’s been known to fuck around with gender, performance art, bonkers fashion, and other avante-garde shit. An eccentric, if you will.
Kristen Stewart Discussed Whether Gay Characters Should Only Be Played By Gay Actors
Kristen Stewart took a break from her indie French films to star in the new queer Christmas comedy, Happiest Season. In the movie, Kristen’s character is forced to act straight during the holidays when her girlfriend brings her home and lets her know that she hasn’t come out to her family. I know, we’ve never seen that one before. While plugging the film to Variety, Kristen was asked her thoughts on whether queer actors should be the ones playing queer characters (after so many years of straights “bravely” playing gay).
Wentworth Miller Is Done Playing Straight Characters
Fox has been discussing the possibility of a new season of Prison Break, that show about sexy, sweaty, blueprint-tatted bad boys who, I assume, want to do a prison break. But the show’s star, Wentworth Miller, says he won’t be apart of it. Wentworth, who is gay, explains he’s done playing straight characters. Fair! When you publicly pretend to be hetero for most of your adult life, that role gets older than Kelsey Grammer’s 20-year turn as Frasier.

Lili Reinhart. The pretty, blonde CW star who neeeeds you to know that she’s smarter and woker than the rest of those plebs on Riverdale. In a new podcast interview with The Advocate, Lili discussed her new book of poetry (of course), her love of crystals, and her sexuality. The 24-year-old actress, who split with long time boyfriend/co-star Cole Sprouse pre-pandemic, recently came out as “a proud bisexual woman” in an Instagram story. And she’s completely leapfrogging the whole “sexuality is a spectrum” line, and straight-up bi-up declaring that everybody is bisexual.
