Demi Lovato Is Out Of Rehab

It was just last week that when we heard that Demi Lovato was going to stay in rehab until the end of the year and emerge no less than five months later. Then this weekend happened, and Demi was spotted getting sushi in Beverly Hills, which means she’s probably out.

TMZ posted pictures that were taken inside of said sushi restaurant, which show a happy-looking Demi with clothing designer Henry Levy. They also caught her leaving with Henry after dinner.

Seeing the news that she was out initially made me think she might have just checked out for sushi, a food I assume is always better out of rehab. However, she might be out for good. Demi was reportedly at a facility in Chicago. Beverly Hills is a pretty long way to go for some spicy tuna rolls. TMZ also reports that  Demi was seen at a Beverly Hills spa over the weekend. Again, maybe she got a weekend pass to live in up in California and warm up a little from the cold Chicago weather. Or maybe she’s out for good, and Demi has decided that 90 days of treatment is enough.

As for the guy Demi was seen with, sources tell TMZ that Demi and Henry were “happy, smiling, and laughing” throughout dinner. As you can see from the pictures above, Demi and Henry also held hands at one point during their meal. TMZ isn’t sure if that’s a clue that they’re together or not, but they seem to think it looked a whole lot like a date. Okay, but was a forlorn Wilmer Valderrama also seen standing outside with his hand pressed against the window as a single tear rolled down his cheek? Then, and only then, can we classify what happened as a date.
