When Lori Loughlin takes the stand, and is asked if she’ll tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, I’m sure she’d love to answer: “Of course. And I can honestly say I never thought we’d get caught. Trial over? Can I go back to making Hallmark movies now?” But that kind of honesty isn’t going to win over any jurors, so she and her legal team have got to come up with an air-tight defense for why she and her husband Mossimo Giannulli allegedly paid $500,000 to fake their daughters’ way into USC via bogus rowing credentials and phony rowing team pics. According to TMZ, Lori and Mossimo think they’re in the clear, because the pictures were allegedly never sent to USC.

Lori Loughlin has been claiming for months that she and her husband Mossimo Giannulli will be “exonerated” at trial. We were wondering how that was going to happen since others who did exactly what they (allegedly) did in the College Admissions Scandal admitted guilt, including paying mastermind Rick Singer to get their child into the school of their choice. But then Lori busted out her official Defense™, claiming that she thought her money was going to “underprivileged children.” I mean… it’s a reach, but go big or go to prison, amirite?
Well, more sources are talking and they say that Lori claims to have been “hoodwinked” by Rick Singer.

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are reportedly so confident that they’re innocent in the College Admissions Scandal, they should probably just go ahead and officially rename it to the Being Good Parents With Fat Checking Accounts Non-Issue. The only problem is, there are these things called rules and laws. And there’s a bunch of alleged proof showing that Aunt Becky and Mossimo don’t seem to have too much respect for either. But, Lori allegedly believes there is some evidence out there that would work in her favor. Except she believes said evidence is being hidden by diabolical prosecutors with an agenda.

Even though her mom is still facing a shit ton of legal pressure and has a pending court case coming up which could see both Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli going to jail for a long time for bribery and money laundering, daughter Olivia Jade decided now was the perfect time to get her career back on track and made her YouTube return! We all thought it was stupid because she literally said nothing in the video and also because her parents have a trial coming up. Why are you talking about shit before your parents are even done with a verdict? Well apparently her mom is pissed.

While mama Lori Loughlin is somewhere with her lawyer running mock trials like she’s getting filleted by a sober and angry Annalise Keating, her daughter Olivia Jade is making her comeback on YouTube. After 9 months (her words, I’m for sure not counting) Olivia posted a new YouTube video titled: “hi again.” And while the video has now racked up like 1.3 million views, she says absolutely nothing of value and is getting lots of attention for it. Which I feel like is very on-brand for her.

Lori Loughlin has been in the news for so long because of this College Admissions Scandal. Lori is headed to trial for several charges including bribery and money laundering. Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannuli are alleged to have used $500,000 to fake their daughter’s credentials in her application to USC. They were part of a huge sting that caught up a whole bunch of rich ass holes who thought that their money could get them out of everything but they were wrong! It can only get you out of most things! And this time: wasn’t one of them.
Lori has been losing her shit over the whole ordeal and gone back and forth about taking a plea. Now people are getting charged, with Felicity Huffman–who pled guilty–getting out of jail in 11 days while a guy who did pretty much the same thing Lori is accused of who also pled guilty got six months! So now Lori is really losing it and she needs to prepare. So sources are saying she’s moved on to doing mock trials to run drills for her own legal battle. Well a good actress always rehearses.
