Harvey’s lawyers aren’t taking a break any time soon, but they just got even busier, because Rose McGowan has filed a lawsuit against him. Except she’s not suing him for being an alleged monster. It’s more like she’s accusing him of being a smear campaign-running puppet master.

When the stories about the gross shit that Harvey Weinstein allegedly pulled were made public, there was one that could’ve ended with Brad Pitt going to trial for murdering the throbbing hemorrhoid clinging to Hollywood’s ass tunnel. Gwyneth Paltrow told the tale of how when she was 22 (this was pre-Emma), Harvey pulled a creepy move on her and tried to get her to go into his hotel suite’s bedroom for massage time. Gwyneth refused and ran out of there quicker than she runs out of a restaurant that doesn’t have three Michelin stars. She told her then boyfriend, Brad Pitt, who got so mad that he got in Harvey’s face and didn’t care about getting the blood of a creep on his sparkling Sally Hershberger-created highlights. CNN’s Christiane Amanpour asked a current day Brad about this, and he said he was just doing what good ole’ boys from the Ozarks do.

Harvey Weinstein crashed his Jeep into a tree, and I know we’re all thinking, “Jeez, I hope that tree is okay.” Turns out Harvey escaped unharmed but the poor tree may need some therapy after having been touched by an alleged serial groper/rapist. And lord knows if there’s ever a movie about this crash, Scarlett Johansson is a shoo-in for the role of that tree. In fairness, she has proved she’s fine working with creeps.
Harvey Weinstein Was Hit With A New Indictment, Clearing The Way For Annabella Sciorra To Testify Against Him
The two women who are at the center of Harvey Weinstein’s upcoming criminal trial for alleged predatory sexual assault have issued another indictment against him, adding two new charges. Harvey, of course, pleaded not guilty, but this latest development opens the door for actress Annabella Sciorra to testify at this trial. According to CBS News, this means Harvey’s trial date has been postponed. Instead of starting on September 9, as previously scheduled, it won’t begin until January 6. That’s disappointing to those of us who are eager to see Harvey’s inevitable Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men impression where his hubris gets the better of him on the stand. But hopefully, the fact that the judge yelled at Harvey today for being on his cell phone will tide us over.
