It’s official, Jamie Spears is no longer the one controlling Britney Spears‘ life. And in a move I find odd, since I have a healthy family dynamic and would probably expect the other living parent to then step in and take over, instead it is a woman named Jodi Montgomery–a financial typer person who specializes in messy rich families.

I guess Britney Spears‘ new brunette hair really was an omen of things to come. After her dad, Jamie Spears, allegedly got into a physical thing with her 13-year old child, Sean Preston, it led to a restraining order and Britney giving up most of her custody to Kevin Federline. Well it’s about to get messier, because now Jamie is trying to step down as Britney’s conservator and is trying to hand the reigns over to someone else–allegedly because he was worried Kevin was going to make a move to have him taken out of the conservatorship role anyway.

Britney Spears is upset with her father for allegedly breaking down a door and shaking his 13-year-old grandson, forcing Kevin Federline to file a restraining order against Jamie Spears causing all sorts of problems for the conservatorship and her custody battles. Britney hasn’t made any pubic statements about this mess but she did recently dye her hair brown, and we all know shit’s about to go down when Brit Brit starts messing with her hair.
Britney Spears’ Dad Could Be Removed As Her Conservator Because Of Those Child Abuse Allegations
That whole custody thing between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline was actually a whole lot messier than we thought, but not because of either of them, actually. It’s reportedly because of her dad, Jamie Spears, and their son, Sean Preston. It was that altercation between Jamie and his grandson and the restraining order that followed which caused the custodial arrangement to go into the official and legal domain. But the thing is, it’s much less 70/30 and closer to 90/10–all in an effort to keep the kids away from grandpa. The grandpa who is still under investigation for his conservatorship and probably shouldn’t be allegedly violently shaking teenagers. Big yikes all around.

What started out as a ridiculous hashtag spread by girls, gays and Miley Cyrus about the plight of Britney Spears has turned out to be much, much more than that. The #FreeBritney movement surrounding her conservatorship and alleged controlling behavior by her father and team, is really catching on as now a judge has ordered an investigation into Britney’s decade-long court-appointed babysitter-situation.
