Kevin Federline Now Has 70% Custody Of His Sons With Britney Spears

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have come to a new official custody arrangement in regards to their two kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James. While Brit Brit  used to share joint 50/50 custody of the kids, it’s now being reported that KFed will actually become the main caretaker of the kids and will take care of them 70% of the time with Britney getting 30% custody. And as most guessed, KFed has been their main caretaker for a while.

Things have been rough for Britney lately, and there was one rumor that claimed that Kevin didn’t want Britney to be around the kids until she became more “stable”. Well, Kevin has taken that shit all the way to the courts, as TMZ says he now formally has 70% physical custody. The documents were filed a few days ago on August 28. Sources say that when the boys are with Britney, she will not be supervised. So it’s not like there’s something about Britney keeping her away from them specifically.

Sources also say that this arrangement has been going on since August of last year. If you remember, around that time is when Kevin was asking for more child support from Britney for the kids and even got a $100,000 payout for legal fees. They eventually settled the matter when Kevin did indeed get his hands on more money for the children. And here I was just thinking this loser was going to go blow it on strippers and PopoZao memorabilia but instead it was actually for more time with the children!

Well, I hope Sean and Jayden are happy over at dad’s house–at least he now has more money from mom so they can live the Luxury Hillbilly lifestyle their mother accustomed them to rather than the Authentic Hillbilly lifestyle daddy brings to the table. It’s officially gonna be nothing but Deluxe Chuck E. Cheese combos and the fancier Mountain Dew flavors (Baja Blast and ICE Cherry) from here on out!
