Britney Spears Is Trying To End Her Conservatorship And Says She Was Put In A Mental Facility Against Her Will

Britney Spears checked into a mental health facility reportedly to work on things after her father got sick. Then it was reported that was all a ruse and Brit was getting help before things really went south. People then thought that Britney was being held against her will at this mental health facility and soon #FreeBritney was trending and it became a huge issue. Her sister, Jamie-Lynn, had to yell at us, and Sam Lutfi even popped back into our live, trying to take advantage of a bad situation. Well, now Britney herself is saying #FreeBritney and she’s talking to a judge about ending the conservatorship she’s been under since 2008.

Shortly after the #FreeBritney movement started, Britney told people she was okay in a weird clearly-rehearsed Instagram video. But now she might be changing her tune. It’s been reported that Britney’s mom, Lynne Spears, heard the rumors about Daddy Spears forcing her into the mental health facility and asked the court to include her  with details of the conservatorship.

UsWeekly is reporting that Lynne was in court with Britney on Friday when Britney spoke to the judge about her conservatorship. The judge in her case ruled that Britney will have to undergo a 730 evaluation, which according to my research skills (Google) is an evaluation of a family to determine the competence of a parent usually in a divorce case. So basically they’re going to see how competent Britney is to take care of her own affairs. A source says that:

“Britney is exploring formally petitioning the court to end the conservatorship. The 730 evaluation is the first step in the process.”

The judge sure doesn’t seem to think this is a regular exploration of ending Britney’s court-appointed lifetime baby-sitter, as a source says she was “very concerned about Britney” and “told all parties involved she [wanted] to see Britney in person, and very soon” before they went to court. I guess the judge was scrolling through the #FreeBritney Twitter trending topic and got nervous. Girl, you can’t read the comments–it’ll drive you crazy.

As for Lynne, she doesn’t want the conservatorship to end. A source says:

“Lynne isn’t supportive of Britney ending the conservatorship, but there is nothing she can do to stop it. Lynne doesn’t believe that the 730 evaluation, which is essentially a very comprehensive report prepared by a team of Britney’s doctors and possibly a court-appointed medical professional to evaluate Britney, will find that Britney would benefit from the conservatorship ending.”

And Lynne is probably right about the report not saying Britney should be in charge. TMZ has pictures of Britney leaving court without her shoes on and walking barefoot on the nasty ass ground, which gives us shades of 2008.

TMZ also reports that in court, Britney asked the judge to allow her to do certain things which she’s not allowed to currently do because of the conservatorship. The judge denied her every single one.

And sources also tell TMZ that now she’s saying her dad did put her in the mental health facility against her will and that in court she and her mom’s lawyer said that Jamie is forcing her to take meds.

I thought Our Lady of Cheetos was doing good. Now I’m reading about Sam Lutfi again and Britney is walking around barefoot like she’s engaged to Kevin Federline and her dad is trying to keep her medicated?! And maybe Miley Cyrus knew something when she screamed “#FreeBritney” and wasn’t just trying to get attention. That’s a plot twist.
