Back in February, more than a dozen women came forward and accused Marilyn Manson of a whole lot of terrible things, including physical abuse, mental abuse, sexual abuse… all the abuses, really. Guy is (allegedly… eye roll) a real piece of shit, and his label, talent agency, and TV shows all dropped him. Evan Rachel Wood was the first to publicly call out Marilyn, and Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco followed suit a couple of weeks later. She gave an in-depth interview to New York magazine and said Marilyn was an abusive monster who left her with physical scars and PTSD. Now Esmé is suing Marilyn and his former manager, Tony Ciulla, for sexual assault, sexual battery, and sex trafficking.
Chris D’Elia Is Getting Sued For Child Porn And Exploitation
TMZ has an update on Chris D’Elia‘s ongoing embattled reputation regarding underage girls and sexual assault. Last summer, 40-year-old Chris was accused of creeping on underage girls through this comedy career–a narrative eerily similar to the arc he participated in on Netflix’s You, where he played a predator comedian who groomed underage girls. Chris was dropped by his agent and fired from a movie. Chris’ legal team denied the accusation and used e-mails to try to exonerate him and suggested he didn’t know the girls were underage. Well, now a woman has sued Chris for taking her virginity when she was 17 and claimed he has sexual pictures and videos of her from when she was underage. That’s right, we’ve gotten into Child Porn territory.
Tom Girardi Doesn’t Want To Give Erika Jayne Spousal Support
Erika Jayne’s split from 81-year-old Tom Girardi keeps getting messier. Plot summary: the 49-year-old member of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills filed for divorce about a month ago. They’ve been married twenty-one years, have no kids (though she has an adult cop son from her first marriage), and they don’t have a prenup. There were rumors of affairs, living separate lives, and major financial problems that stemmed from Tom’s many lawsuits. Then, last week, the couple got sued for fraud and embezzlement by Edelson PC, a class action law firm representing the families of the passengers killed in a 2018 plane crash. The lawsuit alleges that the couple is “on the verge of financial collapse” and are embezzling money through their divorce, which is a “sham attempt to fraudulently protect” their assets from the victims’ families. Sham divorce, sham pop career, sham reality show! I believe that’s known in the biz as a sham WOW!
Now news has broken that super-lawyer Tom responded to Erika’s divorce filing a couple of weeks ago. He requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to his estranged wife (which she asked for in her initial filing) and asked that she pay his attorney’s fees. A wha-wha-whaaaa?

Texas businesswoman, Kelli Christina, the woman who sued Brad Pitt for getting scammed by someone impersonating him, must be more upset than when she found out that the guy she was talking marriage with turned out to not be Brad Pitt. Kelli sued Brad after getting finessed by a stranger out of $40,000 and a romantic relationship, believing the man she was interacting with digitally but never met in person was THEE William Bradley Pitt. But a judge called that shit “meritless” and tossed the case out, as expected by anybody with common sense and a knowledge of the law equivalent to over 3 hours of Judge Judy or any episode of Law & Order.
Brad Pitt Is Getting Sued By A Woman Who Was Almost Definitely Catfished By Someone Pretending To Be Him
TMZ says that one Texas woman is coming after Brad Pitt for allegedly bamboozling her. But the gag is that it almost definitely was not Brad. A woman named Kelli Christina has chosen to seek legal justice from Brad for taking money from her to appear at charity events which he never showed up at. And more than that, she says that she and “Brad” had a personal relationship beyond their charity work and that they even talked marriage. This whole thing smells more rotten than Brad’s Make It Right Foundation houses!
HarperCollins Is Suing Lindsay Lohan For Breach Of Contract
Someone really thought that Lindsay Lohan was going to sit her ass down and “write” a whole book, or at least sit down for five minutes with a ghostwriter who would put her ramblings into a coherent string of paragraphs. But publishing house HarperCollins decided to roll the dice and gave her a $365,000 advance. Play stupid games, win silly prizes. To be fair to HC, they signed the deal in 2014, and back then, Lindsay was actually writing some interesting stuff. The book never manifested and now they’re suing. Luckily for Lindsay, she’ll be able to easily settle up with HC because she’s started a new business venture. And Lindsay Lohan hasn’t tanked a business yet!
