Sources Claim Angelina Jolie Is Trying To “Inflict Pain” On Brad Pitt By Requesting The FBI Report About Their 2016 Private Jet Fight Be Released To The Public

If wearing a skirt on the red carpet of his Bullet Train premiere in Berlin earlier this summer was Brad Pitt’s plan-A to distract us from the imminent release of an FBI report Angelina Jolie initiated back in the stone age following the now infamous 2016 fight the couple had on their private jet that eventually led to Brad producing and starring in Six-Years a Divorcé, his plan-B seems to be calling People Magazine’s emergency PR crisis hotline and reminding them how many exclusives of his babies he’s signed off on for them over the years.

According to People, “a source close to Pitt” claims that Angie was “setting out to hurt him” when she filed a Freedom of Information Act request, under the name Jane Doe, for the results of the FBI investigation into her allegations that Brad was violent and abusive towards her and the kids, to be released to the public in order to “inflict the most amount of pain on her ex.” Which is silly because if she really wanted to inflict the most pain on Brad, she’d pay someone to sneak into his house and cut off his tiny ponytail while he was sleeping. Hell, I’m sure one of the kids would happily do it for free! People reports:

Brad Pitt thinks ex Angelina Jolie is setting out to hurt him by making details public from the 2016 altercation that led to their divorce, a source close to Pitt tells PEOPLE.

PEOPLE obtained the redacted FBI report that Jolie anonymously submitted a Freedom of Information Act request for earlier this year. In the documents, the actress alleged to authorities that Pitt, while drunk, was menacing toward her and their six kids on the Sept. 14, 2016, flight from France to Los Angeles. The investigation closed by November and no charges were pursued.

A source close to Pitt claims that both he and Jolie have had the documents in question for six years, and Jolie likely meant to “revive an issue that was painful for everybody and was resolved six years ago.”

“They investigated it. They prepared materials, reviewed it together and decided not to charge him,” says the source.

Since these two are still fighting over custody of a child army that’s tantalizingly close to aging out of their legally mandated conscription period, I’m guessing Angie requested this information be made public to bolster her case. But Brad’s camp claims “the only reason to do it is for media purposes, because six years later, she still has nothing else to talk about other than this.” Which is crazy. As if she didn’t just learn how to do the Electric Slide! She probably hasn’t stopped talking about, as she’d probably put it, “learning an intriguing urban dance that’s native to my daughter’s people.” But if she did do it to make Brad look like an asshole, it worked. The FBI report paints Jolie’s viewpoint of what she described as a tension-filled, hourslong flight in which she said Pitt had been drinking.

Pitt appeared to take issue with his then-wife’s parenting during the plane ride at the conclusion of a two-week family trip, according to the report, which didn’t list the originating city.

Jolie said when she asked him what was wrong, he allegedly replied: “That kid looks like a fucking Columbine kid.”

They went to the back of the plane, in hopes of being away from the children’s ears, Jolie told the FBI.

Pitt allegedly “grabbed her by the head, shaking her, followed by grabbing her at the shoulders and shaking her” before he punched “the ceiling of the plane approximately four times,” she said.

According to the report, at least one child witnessed the confrontation and asked, “Are you ok mommy” before Pitt allegedly yelled: “No mommy’s not ok. She’s ruining this family. She’s crazy.”

When someone else on the plane shot back at Pitt, “It’s not her, it’s you, you prick,” Jolie said she had to grab her husband around the neck to keep him from attacking that person.

She also claims that Pitt sat in the back of the plane “watching the family in the reflection of a mirror on the wall.” She claims Pitt “would start up a new rant every 30 minutes and pace throughout the plane yelling at everyone.

According to the report, upon landing Brad allegedly yelled “You’re not fucking going anywhere. You’re not getting off this fucking plane. Fuck you all. I’m fucking leaving you.” See now here I thought people flew private to avoid having to be around drunk pricks and lippy teenagers. If the wealthiest among us cant fly in peace, what hope is there for the rest of us?
