Karlie Kloss, the nebulous mist that manifests itself into a vague human form and hosts Project Runway, had the second wedding of her dreams over the weekend. Karlie and her husband of 8 months Joshua Kushner, hosted a 3-day wedding celebration on a Wyoming ranch, presumably for friends who couldn’t make it to their intimate 80-person Jewish wedding in October of last year. I don’t know if Taylor Swift was out of town again or what, but she wasn’t there. That meant there was room for Karlie’s replacement BFF, Katy Perry and her fiancé Orlando Bloom. And it looks like Josh’s brother and sister-in-law Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s beds were given up to make room for a few dozen sweaty Brokeback Mountain jokes. So overall, an upgrade.

Kim Kardashian is back to doing mitzvahs. She’s just agreed to pay Matthew Charles’ rent for the next 5 years after he was rejected from renting an apartment in Nashville due to his criminal record. Not only that, Kim may have been marginally helpful in getting the bill passed that prompted Matthew’s release from prison in the first place. According to CNN, Kim’s been doing slightly more than Oval Office photo ops in her quest to become the Harriet Tubman of Calabasas. Not only did she successfully lobby Donald Trump to commute the sentence of Alice Marie Johnson last summer, she’s been credited with helping get a prison reform bill called The First Step Act passed.
Kim Kardashian Was Back At The White House To Try To Get Trump To Release Another Prisoner
Kim Kardashian West has proved yet again that you can be a narcissistic nit wit and still do some good in the world. Perhaps it’s out of the kindness of her heart, or maybe, it’s to deflect from unmitigated wretch-a-tude of her Trump loving husband. I don’t trust her motives, but whatever they are, they have Kim back to beating the drum of freedom, and discussing prison reform with Very Important People.
According to TMZ, KKW visited the White House this morning to meet with her pal Jared Kushner and Kanye’s pal Donald Trump to plea for the early release of 30-year-old Chris Young who is currently serving a life sentence for something I’m sure half of the interns in D.C. call “Tuesday” (possession of a small amount of coke and weed, per his lawyer). The visit is well timed for all concerned because if Trump pardons Chris, as he did Kim’s previous project Alice Marie Johnson, Trump might just regain the trust of black people and get rapped about on Kanye’s next album!
