Many of us grew up on Jennifer Coolidge, whether we were “bending and snapping” with Paulette in Legally Blonde or cringing at Jeanine Stifler’s scandalous dalliances with a much younger Paul Finch in American Pie. But even though Stifler’s Mom was probably Jennifer’s most notable character back then, Jennifer herself recently opened up about her decision to not be anyone’s mom–she thinks she’s probably too immature.
It doesn’t take much to piss people off these days because most of us are just one offense away from flipping tables and screaming, “This is an OUTRAGE!” Perhaps it all stems from how free and inappropriate society was in the 1990s, and you really need to look no further than iconic Living Single ripoff Friends for more context. Many of its jokes and situations would never fly today, and one of its stars, Jennifer Aniston, realizes this years after the series finale. In fact, she believes that comedy, in general, has taken a huge hit from the youth who cringe every time the Friends theme song comes on because they believe the entire series to be highly offensive.
That restaurant in Singapore that started charging parents for screaming kids walked so Nettie’s House of Spaghetti could run! The Tinton Falls, NJ restaurant said they’re fed up with screaming, mess-making, safety-compromising curtain climbers terrorizing their staff and other patrons, so they made the decision to ban all kids under 10 starting next month. And as always, people had strong opinions both for and against the restaurant’s controversial new policy.
Novak Djokovic Admits To Breaking Quarantine After He Tested Positive For COVID-19 Ahead Of His Arrival In Australia
Lumbering mouth-breather Novak Djokovic is apparently much better at tennis than he is at lying. So good at tennis in fact, that an Australian judge decided to reinstate his visa on Monday, allowing him to move forward with his training as he prepares to compete in the Australian Open, even as his house of lies continues to crumble at his feet. Novak’s visa was initially revoked upon arrival in Australia last week when it was discovered that the paperwork he submitted, a “‘medical exemption from COVID vaccination’ on the grounds that he had recently recovered from COVID,” was invalid. According to CNN, Novak had tested positive in December shortly before his arrival, but instead of isolating himself, he decided to go out into the world and share his gift with as many people as possible. But real sneaky like. It’s now been discovered that Novak also submitted a false travel document which stated he had not traveled in the 14 days prior to his arrival in Australia even though there are photos of him playing Jolly Old Saint Omicron in both Serbia and Spain during that period. The Australian government hasn’t had to deal with an asshole this prolific since accused bed-shitter Boo the Yorkie was brought into the country illegally.
