Erika Jayne Suggests She Doesn’t Recognize Some Of The Lingerie Being Auctioned Off As Hers By Tom Girardi’s Law Firm
Erika Jayne‘s eventual comeback single needs to be called “Reasonable Doubt” because she’s really trying her hardest to serve it up! The main storyline of the 11th season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills has focused on the demise of her marriage with 82-year-old Tom Girardi and the financial disaster they’re both currently dealing with. Tom has been involved in an embezzlement lawsuit and Erika got wrapped up in it since she’s been the one with the “XXPEN$IVE” pop music career–even though Erika has denied any involvement.
Most recently some of Erika’s things have hit the auction block as Tom’s old law firm, Girardi Keese, has been selling everything possible to cover debts. But now Erika has decided to throw some more oil in the dumpster fire, as she claims that some of the panties being sold off aren’t even hers. Is Erika bringing the mistress narrative back in play to help explain her sudden divorce? Did it ever really leave?
Tom Girardi’s Law Firm Is Selling “Erika Jayne Collectibles” To Help Pay Off Creditors
Failed gold digger and Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne’s estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82, is officially Jackson Browne-ing (AKA Running On Empty). The disgraced/disbarred former lawyer, who claims to be totally broke, has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s, is under conservatorship, owes oodles of cash to creditors and clients he stole from, and both he, Erika, and his former law firm, Girardi Keese, are still smack in the middle of several embezzlement lawsuits and a big ol’ bankruptcy case.
Now Girardi Keese is attempting to help pay creditors by auctioning off everything in their office that’s not bolted down. This includes several ridiculous vanity portraits of Tom, a bronze bust of his head, lawyer trophies, a framed wire transfer receipt from Tom’s Erin Brokovich case, a tacky bedazzled globe, and something called “Erika Jayne Collectibles.” I was hoping for Ziploc bags filled with the Real Housewife’s original skin, teeth, and liposuctioned fat, but the actual items are far more pedestrian.
Erika Jayne Of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Claims That Tom Girardi Was Cheating On Her For Years
Erika Jayne continues to give the performance of a lifetime on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is trying to convince both the world and her castmates that she had no idea that her estranged husband Tom Girardi was scamming his clients and law firm out of millions (even though there’s evidence proving she knew about it). Erika has denied that she’s divorcing Tom to hide assets. And on the latest episode of RHoBH, it was revealed that not only did Erika suspect Tom had cognitive issues for years but also that she caught him cheating years ago as well. Hmm, wonder why she stayed–couldn’t have been the money, could it? And now she’s leaving and the money has run out… Hmmm… curious…
Erika Jayne Denies Her Divorce Is A Sham And Any Knowledge Of Tom Girardi’s Alleged Crimes
More news on the Erika Jayne/Tom Girardi legal drama, which, at this point, is basically just weekly recaps of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (my dream!). Last night’s episode covered the events of early December, when news broke that Tom and Erika were being sued for allegedly embezzling money in their divorce. That’s when we learned all about Tom allegedly stealing from his clients (orphans, widows, burn victims, little match girls, one-legged puppies, etc). In the episode Erika told Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna (on Zoom, since they were all quarantined after Kyle, Dorit Kemsley, and Kathy Hilton tested positive for COVID) that her divorce was not a sham and “I didn’t do this.” Later she met up with Kyle, cried a bunch, and denied knowing anything about Tom’s dirty dealings (despite the fact that he’d loaned her company $20 million). In the words of my boyfriend, who I forced to watch this episode: “Willful ignorance!” Continue reading
Tom Girardi Is Officially Under Conservatorship As His Embezzlement Trial Goes On
Erika Jayne‘s current storyline on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been that she’s divorcing her 82-year-old husband Tom Girardi who turned out to be a crook lawyer. Unfortunately for 49-year-old Erika, legally speaking it’s not as easy to wipe your hands clean of a husband who was allegedly embezzling money from victims he represented to pay for her pop career. While she’s dealing with that, Tom is the one facing the major brunt of legal repercussions as he was the lawyer allegedly doing the embezzling.
Tom was diagnosed with dementia, and a conservatorship was filed by his brother, Robert Girardi. People says that decision is in, and the court has officially recognized Robert as the conservator over Tom’s person and estate.
A Judge Ruled That Tom Girardi’s Embezzlement Victims Can Collect Payments From Erika Jayne
Since filing for divorce from crooked geriatric lawyer Tom Girardi, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has had to cut back on her spending. 49-year-old Erika was forced to rent (gasp!) a $7,500 a month mini-mansion with just 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 pool. She had to sell a bunch of her designer clothes and shoes cuz they wouldn’t fit in her house. She also traded in her Lamborghini for… gulp… a brand new Range Rover?! I know. Disgusting. But now Erika, who’s still insisting she knew nothing about Tom’s alleged crimes, is extra fucked. A judge in one of Tom’s lawsuits has ruled that ex-clients/embezzlement victims Joe Ruigomez, Jaime Ruigomez, and Kathleen Ruigomez can file a lawsuit against Erika to collect their stolen $11 million. Goodbye rental mansion and Range Rover… hellooo shack in the woods and old jalopy (it’s a reverse Beverly Hillbillies). Continue reading
