Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Are Throwing Their 3-Day Wedding Party In Georgia This Weekend
If Ben Affleck was annoyed over the number of paps on his and Jennifer Lopez’s Paris honeymoon last month, hopefully, he’s exercised more control over the logistics of their 3-day wedding ordeal set to happen at his Riceboro, Georgia estate this weekend. Ben and Jen already got quickie married last month due to Ben’s allegedly cold feet, but of course, a JLo wedding demands way more ostentation than a Vegas chapel at midnight can provide. And we already know, the couple has enlisted the early 2000s’ hottest party planner, Colin Cowie, to plan an elaborate affair worthy of their brand of tacky.
Page Six reported that the “intimate” affair will span the whole weekend and that Ben, who just turned 50 on Monday, wants it all to be about Jen.
The couple will celebrate their nuptials this weekend, and it’ll be a wedding party fit for the pages of Vogue, we hear.
“It’s going to be all about J.Lo. Ben wants all of the focus to be on her for their big day,” an insider exclusively tells Page Six.

Page Six previously reported that A-list event planner to the stars Colin Cowie is behind all of the details for their lavish celebration. Cowie’s price tag ranges from $25,000 to $25 million, and he’s produced events for the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan and even Lopez in the past.
Obviously, because her first three weddings weren’t JLo-y enough, which is probably why the marriages ultimately didn’t work out. Friday will be a rehearsal dinner–to rehearse what? They’re already married, but ok. Saturday will be the “ceremony,” and Sunday will be what I’m sure will turn out to be a very quaint barbeque.

The actual ceremony will take place on Saturday, and the couple will close out their weekend with a barbecue and picnic on Sunday.
JLo will be dripping in couture, Vogue will be documenting her fashion “journey,” and lots of celebs will be in attendance.
Lopez, 53, is expected to wear a custom couture Ralph Lauren dress made in Italy, and Vogue magazine is expected to document her fashion journey for the weekend.
Sources told us Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel, Casey Affleck and Drea de Matteo are a few of the stars who made the couple’s guest list.
Smart move, Ben. Make it all about Jen so you’re able to exhaustedly rip cigs out back while chugging from your secret Dunkin’ stash in your finest flannel shirt while being upset with yourself for eagerly signing up for this entire mess. Or just catch up on your rest. No one will come looking for you when they’re distracted by J.Lo, clad in her iconic green 2000s Grammy Versace dress singing Dear Ben while riding a bejeweled ostrich through a tunnel of white English roses.
