Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Might Really Be A Thing (UPDATE)
For the past few years, or so, there have been rumors that Travis Barker has really gone to the dark side by fucking on low-ranking Koven member Kourtney Kardashian. Travis pissed on those rumors (“Ugh, those rumors are so lucky!” – Kim) in 2019, saying that he loves Kourtney, but that they’re just friends and see each other at church. No, not the Church of Satan in Pimp Mama Kris’ basement where she holds sacrificial rituals to keep up her contract with Satan. And not that church PMK allegedly used as a tax haven. No, Kourtney and Travis know each other from Miami-based Vous church, which is connected to the Church of MESS known as Hillsong.
But now there’s more talk that Kourtney and Travis are a thing because they spent some time together over the weekend at the Koven’s desert headquarters (read: PMK’s La Quinta, CA house).
Kourtney and Travis both live in Calabasas, and for the past couple of years have been seen getting dinner together, sometimes with their kids (Kourtney, of course, has three kids with Scott Disick and Travis has two kids with Shanna Moakler). Travis’ 17-year-old son Landon Barker is also good friends with Kourtney’s 11-year-old son Mason Disick.
When Travis shut down the rumor about him and Kourtney in 2019, a source told People that there’s a chance they could get together. My guess is that the source was PMK who was holding focus groups to see how much attention this union would get:
“They could turn into something in the future, but it hasn’t happened yet. They’re just talking and spending a little bit of time together. This isn’t a big romance, but I’d say there’s some mutual interest there. There’s potential. So who knows?”
Fast-forward to this week when Travis and Kourtney got “flirty” on Instagram (he left a rose emoji on a thirst trap she posted), and The Sun said that Kourtney bought Travis’ 15-year-old daughter Alabama Luella Barker the same $795 Prada purse she bought Khloe Kardashian for Christmas. And on Friday, Kourtney and Travis both posted a neck-breaking, horizontal-hating picture of the view from PMK’s La Quinta house:
An anonymous tipster also told DeuxMoi that Kourtney and Travis have been together together for months.
45-year-old Travis Barker’s last public thing was with 30-year-old Rita Ora in 2015. 41-year-old Kourtney Kardashian was with 27-year-old Younes Bendjima for around two years and they broke up in 2018. Kourtney was also with 23-year-old Lukas Sabbat for a minute in 2018. And she’s been hanging out with 20-year-old TikToker Addison Rae. So yeah, it seems like Kourtney likes to surround herself with youngins who look at her with question mark faces when she references anything that existed before 1995. That’s why I’m not sure this is anything more than some attention-grabbing. I mean, how is Kourtney supposed to suck the youth out of a dude who is older than her?! Besides, a little piece of Kourtney’s soul would die if she noticed a wrinkle or a gray hair on her boyfriend. Look at me acting like the Kardashians have souls. Silly me!
UPDATE: A source tells People that they’re really dating, it’s been going on for at least a month, and that Travis is into her. Thanks to that last line, we know that Pimp Mama Kris isn’t even trying to hide that she’s NOT People’s source:
“They’re in Palm Springs together. They’ve been dating for about a month or two. They’ve been friends for a long time but it’s turned romantic. Travis has liked her for a while.”
