We’ve heard Britney Spears’s own words about wanting out of her 13-year-long conservatorship and how she’s done with her father, Jamie Spears, calling the shots. Britney has tried to push her father out as her co-conservator but the judge recently denied her request. But still, Britney Spears continues to make plans to escape from her legal situation, and it sounds like there might be a bright light at the end of the tunnel. Or rather, a lawyer at the end of the tunnel.
A Judge Ruled That Tom Girardi’s Embezzlement Victims Can Collect Payments From Erika Jayne
Since filing for divorce from crooked geriatric lawyer Tom Girardi, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne has had to cut back on her spending. 49-year-old Erika was forced to rent (gasp!) a $7,500 a month mini-mansion with just 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 pool. She had to sell a bunch of her designer clothes and shoes cuz they wouldn’t fit in her house. She also traded in her Lamborghini for… gulp… a brand new Range Rover?! I know. Disgusting. A judge in one of Tom’s lawsuits has ruled that ex-clients/embezzlement victims Joe Ruigomez, Jaime Ruigomez, and Kathleen Ruigomez can file a lawsuit against Erika to collect their stolen $11 million. I’ll be honest, I’m not saying that’s an outfit that screams, “I would never secretly leak our private sex content as an act of malice,” but I’m not saying it’s helping either. And Diplo is going to need all the help he can get at the moment. Cardi B And Her Sister Hennessy Are Getting Sued For Calling Hamptons Beachgoers “Racist MAGA Supporters”
Uh oh. Cardi B better get her WAP (Wisest Attorney Paid) ASAP (As Soon Ass Pussible) so they can handle her latest legal issue. As if her looming divorce wasn’t enough, Cardi, her sister Hennessy Carolina, and Hennessy’s girlfriend Michelle Diaz are all getting sued for defamation by Peter Caliendo, Pauline Caliendo and Manuel Alarcon.
Earlier this month, the plaintiffs (one of whom was wearing a MAGA hat) got into an altercation with Hennessy and Michelle at a Hampton’s beach. Cardi tweeted out Hennessy’s Instagram story video of the incident, claiming the group harassed her sister to move her car, all because she and Michelle are an “Afro/Hispanic gay couple”. Hennessy says the group overheard her and Michelle speaking Spanish while they were parking, and one of them told her to “go back to her country”.
The Trump supporters’ story is that Hennessy approached them in a rage, “spitting, insulting and threatening them just because one of them was wearing a MAGA hat”. They say the video posted to Twitter posted was edited to make them seem racist.
