While there is no mention whatsoever about her including details about her 107-day marriage to Nicolas Cage, I am still interested. Her life, I’m sure, is all the way bananas.

Since this is supposedly a film about early Elvis, Skippy, Jiff, and Peter Pan can probably stop campaigning for the role of his favorite peanut butter and banana sandwich. But one question that keeps coming up is who will play Elvis’ wife Priscilla Presley? According to Priscilla herself, it could be the Hedy to her Allie, Lana Del Rey.

But thankfully, Baz can call off the search, because the Elvis he’s been looking for is rapper G-Eazy. And G-Eazy’s been right in front of Baz’s eyes all this time. A biopic about the late Elvis Presley is currently in the works, courtesy of Baz Luhrmann and Warner Bros., because there haven’t been nearly enough movies and TV shows about Elvis. Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter say that Baz and Warner Bros. are currently testing several actors for the part of Elvis, and they have a list of the five actors who could potentially shake their hips and mumble “Thunkyuh vurry mush” over the deafening sound of teen girl screams.
