And those dudes, who knew they were wrong in the first place, now have to collectively pay Marvin Gaye’s estate five MILLION dollars. Back in March we told you about how one-time American Sweetheart (like literally one time for three years between 2003 and 2006) Mischa Barton was in trouble with the law. Not for anything criminal, she was getting chased by the civil courts.
Mischa crashed a rented U-Haul into the side of a West Hollywood apartment complex and the homeowners association sued her for $27,000 in damages. Well, it seems like they aren’t the only ones trying to get a pay out from Mischa; U-Haul wants some money too.
A 30-Year-Old Was Taken To Court By His Parents To Get Him Evicted From Their House
According to CNN, a dramatic eviction fight happened yesterday in a Syracuse, NY courtroom between Christina and Mark Rotondo of Camillus, NY and their 30-year-old son Michael, seen above giving you junior Penn Jillette realness. Back in February, Christina and Mark decided they didn’t want their son Michael living at home anymore. So they gave their unemployed son a notice on February 2nd, stating that he had 14 days to vacate the property, and that he would not be allowed to return.
