Blac Chyna Claims The Judge In Her Case Against The Kardashian’s Was Biased Against Her
Even though she lost, it’s not too late to donate to Blac Chyna’s legal defense fund. In fact, she needs your help now more than ever. Last week, Chyna lost her $100 million lawsuit against The Kardashians when a jury found that Kris Jenner and her motley crew of glamor-gremlins did not illegally interfere with Chyna’s contract with E! to produce a 2nd season of her and Rob Kardashian‘s show Rob & Chyna, and did not knowingly lie about the alleged abuse she inflicted on Rob or “spread the word about it with reckless disregard for the truth,” per NBC News. Chyna gave no statement at the time the verdict was announced and she was awarded no damages. But TMZ reports that she’s filed new documents accusing Judge Gregory Alarcon of being “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” against her and her attorney. But I’m like, how could the judge even tell the sides apart? Glamor-gremlins all look so similar and Chyna is just as glamorous and gremliny as the Kardashians.
Chyna may have a point though. It’s hard to achieve blind justice when there’s so much raw animal magnetism to behold. Poor fellow was probably trying his best. According to TMZ:

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna is accusing Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of showing an “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” attitude against her and her attorney.
Chyna claims the judge’s alleged bias worked against her … specifically in regards to the judge’s jury instructions Chyna thinks led to the eventual verdict, which went in the Kardashian’s favor.
Remember … the judge tossed Blac Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids, and TT later appeared to threaten the judge, though she claims it was actually aimed at Kris and not the judge.
TMZ adds that “the Kardashian family attorney” calls Chyna’s filing a “baseless effort to save face after losing at trial.” I’m impressed! I didn’t think Kim Kardashian had gotten to the Bs yet in her Big Book of Legal Sounding Words. Oh, wait. They probably mean “a” Kardashian family attorney. Never mind.
They continue, saying while Chyna and her attorney may be upset they lost at trial, “their effort to make a scapegoat of Judge Alarcon is frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of sanctions.” They also point out the fact Chyna’s attorney didn’t have an issue like this with the judge until “after the jury found against her client.”
Brad Pitt tried to say the same thing about Angelina Jolie and look how that turned out. If Chyna continues down this road, she’ll be fighting for custody of that $100 million for the next 5-10 years. And as of yet, the GoFundMe set up by Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni is still short $398,704 of its $400,000 goal. And that money is earmarked for “Cheering for Blac Chyna,” so who knows if Chyna’s defense will ever see a penny of it. Seriously, this is the full text of Toni’s GoFundMe pitch.
